I love that they cater to gluten free diets, but their regular menu is limited. They need a few more choices. The food I’ve had there has always been great tasting. The salad bar is fantastic. The service is excellent and there is plenty of seating and booths. On my list of favorites.

Great service, salad bar is always great. However, the main entry of top sirloin was nothing special.

I only come here every now and again for their salad bar. I am not a fan of the regular menu and the food they offer. Even with all the coupons and codes they offer find its over priced. I think the salad bar is fresh and has all the items I like. If you want the salad bar its the way to go!

In Buffalo for a couple of days Christmas shopping so decided to eat here today for dinner. Service was excellent. My wife and I both had the ½ rack of ribs– great choice for great flavor and fell off the bone.

Ruby Tuesday’s is one of those underappreciated places to eat. People expect the food to be underwhelming or «okay». That goes tenfold for Buffalo where good food is always only a block away. I subscribe to the idea that a place should be judged alone though not just by comparison. That makes this an easy 4 stars. The prime burgers are great just enough toppings not too heavy not too light. I live off their strawberry lemonade. Out of their twelve or so appetizers I have only had 2 I didnt like. The choice is there though. The service is always good. Plenty of checking at the tables, refills, complimentary biscuits. Of course, one can’t forget about the salad bar. Also it’s not busy at all on weeknights. I never have to wait on weekdays. Even saturdays and sundays arent thay bad. Steer clear Friday though. The fries are good but not great. My latest meal was the chicken avocado sandwich it was amazing. I’m not even a avacado fan but this was great. All and all its a good place to go on a whim or if you just need quick, good food. Not the best of the restaurants but its family friendly and looking at it objectively. Not bad… not bad at all.

Very expensive for what you’re getting. The make your own salad bar was almost empty, and the greens were very wilted. My brother had the portabello burger which he thought was ok. Our server didn’t look all that happy, I felt more like an inconvenience to him. I also ordered a side of steamed vegetables and a baked potato. All together we ended up paying about $ 60.00 or more which was insane. Try another restaurant to get more bang for your buck.

Ribs, had a full rack of ribs, cooked right, meat was tender and full of flavor. Just fell off the bone. Everyone at table had to have a rib or two. Mmmm

It’s your usual chain in a city full of wonderful local restaurants. I had the popcorn shrimp with the sweet chili sauce, which had a good flavor. It came with onion rings and the salad bar. I wish the salad bar had more toppings like Danny’s salad bar does. They just have different salads like potato, cole slaw, etc. I like the lettuce salads better and like to choose what I put on it.

I have always been curious and wanted to try Ruby Tuesday’s and since I was here in buffalo for such a long time I was able to finally give it a shot. Walking in you see there is a huge salad bar with all your usual options you would find on a salad bar as well as the hostess station which of course there was nobody to be seen waiting for customers to arrive, why have the station? It surely is just another one of your typical average chain restaurant. Nothing special and nothing your missing out on if there isn’t one close to check out. The service is okay, nothing outstanding. the waitress was sweet though and helpful with suggestions. $ 6 for a corona-rita was reasonable and if I was in the area again I may consider going back.

A 3 at best… The up sells for appetizers, etc. are annoying. And the appetizers freaking suck! My dad and I just wanted salad bar. Then he decided to throw in the spinach artichoke dip at the last minute. Waitress said she could add the salad bar for $ 2.99 if we ordered a second appetizer. Huh? Why? We did and it was so not worth it. The quesadillas were gross. Spinach artichoke dip was luke warm, indicating it had been cooked in a microwave, yuck. Quesadillas were a hot mess. The shell, chicken, and cheese was okay but the put these HUGE pieces of well done peppers and onions in there. They were awful looking and tasting. Terrible. Clearly, this too was a microwave food. Yuck. The only reason I didn’t give 1 star is because of the salad bar, which is still good. Though, the ranch dressing and tomatoes tasted sour. Yikes. If it weren’t for this particular salad bar, I would never eat here again. It’s a typical chain with microwave food. Lean Cuisine does it better!

This is near the mall and has plenty of parking. The décor inside is really nice. They have a salad bar that I just love. It has lots of variety to it. The staff was nice and attentive. They have lunch and drink specials. I’ve had their sangrias before and they come with real fruit inside making it really deliciously refreshing. My favorite dish are the mini ruby burgers. I love their fries which has a special Seasoning on them. They also give you these tiny tasty biscuits which again seem very fresh and hot right from the oven.

It’s not hard to cook a burger to a medium temp. My burger was raw. I can deal with a rare burger, but when it’s still cold when I bite into it that’s bad. If you can’t cook a burger to the correct temp I’m sure there is not much else you can do right.

Upon entering I noticed they needed not 1, but 2 hostess’s… please… who needs 2 hostess’s??? 1 acne faced hostess was 100% homophobic, looked at me and my friend as if we were scum(and not welcomed there) and looked the other way. The salad bar looked like a collection of thrown up food, collected from barf, from drunk 20 year old’s on Chippewa St. on a Sat night… so I passed on that Our meals came and I have to say… food from the deli from grocery stores taste better. Our waitress was a sweetie though. TERRIBLEESTABLISHMENT.

I pick this restaurant tonight because it is walking distance from my hotel. Average score because it’s a chain. Hardly come across anything note worthy at any chain other than service. Well, let me rephrase this because as I am writing this, the server brought my dinner. It was totally wrong. I order the sirloin and lobster tail with broccoli. She brought just the sirloin with green beans. I took it because I didn’t feel like waiting for her to correct her mistake. There goes her tip!!! Oh well, you get what you get when you go substandard.

For a chain restaurant I actually enjoy going here. One of the main reasons I pick this restaurant is they have a good verity of low fat healthy options and the calories are listed right in the menu!(Every calorie watchers dream is to not spend an hour looking at the menu and googling nutrition information on their phone while their husband sits and starves to death lol!) I love the fact that you get 2 smaller sides with your meal(even if you just want a hamburger) as opposed to 1 large one. The salad bar is always fresh tasting and clean and I’ve never had anything but outstanding service here. 3 stars since the food is nothing to go wild about, but if you are looking for some good food in a clean place with great service, but don’t feel like waiting in line at an Elmwood village location on a Friday/Saturday night then I suggest Ruby Tuesdays. Oh, and for those of you that like mixed drinks(especially sweet ones like I do) they make some pretty tasty ones. :)

Stopped here for lunch on the way from the airport to my destination because I was told this road is the last I will see of civilization for a while. :) It looks like a newer Ruby’s. You enter the door and there’s the hostess station and the salad bar. The bar is to the back left and tables are scattered elsewhere. The service is ok, nothing outstanding and certainly not bad but just average. My tea was refilled and the server seemed friendly but there wasn’t anything she did to make my visit exceptional. The food, well, normally I love Ruby’s but this time I wasn’t very impressed. I went with the standby of a Turkey burger and fries. The fries were sub par in my opinion. I think some fast food places serve better fries than this. No real potato flavor. The burger also was average and consisted of a burger, lettuce, onion, mayo on a very dry pretzel roll. I had to add some additional mustard to make the bun tolerable. If i come back here, I’d probably order something else.

Great service. My only complaint is overly anxious waitresses.
