Have you tried the unlimited soup and salad? The house salad with the house dressing(Thousand Island) was good size. I had 2 bowls of the Loaded Baked Potato Soup and found it hot and creamy. My wife had the Chicken Enchilada Soup and my mother-in-law had the chili. Both enjoyed their salads and soups as well. For $ 6.99, this is quite a great value.

Great experience. Met a client for lunch. Food was special request — it arrived as ordered and quickly. Service was outstanding! Josh Delf — Great waiter — ask for him! I eat here a few times per month and always have a great experience.

Our food was good, and the price was decent. The staff was very, very slow, and she forgot 3 or 4 things. The thing that bothers me the most was, I ordered a beer, and i finished that beer before my food even arrived. I was never offered another beer, and we were there for another 45 minutes. I guess it’s not a big deal to most people, but money is made on selling those beers, why not at least ask?

Terrible service, prices too high! $ 11 for some small chicken nachos that are bland and dried out. Services in the bar was slower than a snail. Skip! this place

I had a really good experience at this Chili’s restaurant with my lady a bit ago. It was later in the night so it was quiet, and we got stellar service! I had some ribs – with one being the regular Chili’s sauce and the other being a Dr. Pepper sauce. The Dr. Pepper sauce was delicious and I would recommend it highly! Our server was attentive and very nice, bringing us refills often and not hesitating to give us to-go cups before we took off. Also, the restaurant was very clean and pleasant-looking, a definite plus. Compared other Chili’s I have been to, this one was quite great and worth going to for sure.

Came here the other night for a casual date night dinner. We got seated right away to a booth we had requested, and was greeted not long after by our server, Courtney. She was great! Definitely conversational and informative, but not too talky. She was the best and definitely answered all our questions, got our orders in quick. Our food was served up fast and was great. Five stars because the food was prefect, service was great, atmosphere was good, no problems.

Great food but service on a thurs night was horribly slow. Was not at all crowded — no excuse for being so slow.

Had a great server. She took care of us. Food was good, we stopped because it was convenient. Its not my first choice any more as far as restaurants go. I don’t know if its time for a remodel or what but it just feels old. I did ask for a different side plate, the first one felt greasy when I picked it up.

Come on, folks, it’s Chili’s. In that strata of Chili’s /Appleby’s /Cheddars /TGIF /etc., what are you expecting? We’re about a step above a McDonalds — in all dimensions, including pricing. In that context, this location is reasonable. I’ve only eaten at this location a couple of times. This most recent visit was just fine. The waitress was attentive. She could offer recommendations when my wife asked, and her assessment was pretty on target. Yeah, the host set us up with all grown-up menus, even though I had one(and arguably two kids in my group … three if you count me). Aside from the collateral damaging of dashing the hopes of my 7-yr old — who aspires to order off the grown-up menu — it was not a big deal. Our total bill was probably a couple of bucks above a dinner at 5 Guys, or a good deli. This place is just fine.

This place is going down the drain. It’s run by teenage staff and most likely teenage cooks. Used to come here a fair amount. Was better in the past. Recently food has not been fresh or hot. My burger was way undercooked and when I got it back, my fries had disappeared. Food is poor to satisfactory. Not worth the money. Also I don’t like how their flavored teas are in bottles by the server stations. Kitchen looks like a mess from a glance with staff talking or on phones. They should be more presentable

Chili’s is just OK. I used to eat at Chili’s a lot in the past because it was convenient and had a To-Go service. The food is hit or miss. You might order something one day and it’ll be fine and the next time, it’ll be terrible. There isn’t much consistency. I think the worst part of the To-Go at this location is that no one seemed to be managing the To-Go station. I’m used to pulling up to the Chili’s To-Go and having someone walk out with my food. No one walked out here. So, I went inside the little To-Go area after sitting in the car for several minutes. I don’t mind this, really. Once I was inside and standing at the counter, no one bothered to help me there, either. I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes and people kept walking by me and not acknowledging me. I’m pretty patient, so I tried the eye contact trick. Like, «Oh, if I make eye contact with a server, they’ll feel forced to say something to me.» Nope. So I sat down on the bench and watched the football game. After another 5 minutes, someone finally showed up to take my payment. If you aren’t going to really manage the To-Go station, just give me a heads up while I’m on the phone that I need to go to the bar to pick it up. I really don’t mind.

OK. It’s Chili’s. You know what you’re getting. Reheated food, «fajitas» that are put onto the hot plate after they’re already cooked, and of course, baby back ribs. If you’re like us, you hopefully only come here if someone has given you a gift card, because there’s better food almost anywhere else. The chicken tenders I had were atrocious, and the sauce that they were drenched in tasted like Chinese food sauce — aka super corn-starchy. So why the 3 stars? Because the service was great at this particular Chili’s. Everyone was pleasant, our waiter especially. He was on top of everything, but not overly hovering or weird. The other staff members greeted us at every turn as well, and it just felt like one of the more pleasant dining experiences that I’ve had recently.

I received a gift card to Chili’s. I don’t think I’d gone to a Chili’s in 15 years and the only thing I could tell you about it are: 1. They once had an ad with an awesome song about baby back ribs 2. Michael Scott loves Chili’s. We decided to do the $ 20 deal– an appetizer and 2 entrees. We ordered the onion and jalapeño stack for an appetizer, which was better than we expected. I got the fajitas and my husband ordered the honey glazed bbq chicken. We felt our entrees were standard for Chili’s…not the best we’ve ever eaten, but what we would expect from a chain. Our waiter was awesome, he was so polite and was very attentive!

After being ignored at the nearby Press Box restaurant we came here where we were ignored too. Drinks with lids were served without straws. Had to go get the hostess to go get a Waiter or waitress for our party. Their onion rings look raw and when asked to be redone came out just as raw. Gross!
