I’ve been by this place many times, just never did notice it. The outside is mainly white enameled brick and the entry/exit doors which are the only glass that you see in. I actually walked past the two doors looking for the place and found myself looking into the martial arts business next door, so I doubled back. Once inside the place is pretty large, a few aisles of grocery items and a decent selection of liquor plus more beer. I’ll admit I went it to pick up some lotto tickets per my husband’s request. I found myself in line behind a women that was playing not only what comes out of the machine, but various instant games. She even knew them better than the guy behind the counter, she had him pulling this and that. This is a neighborhood joint, you won’t know it’s here unless you’re walking by as I was while on my way to Tanoor. Nothing wrong with a neighborhood joint, nothing fancy looks like they’ve been there forever. People behind the counter were friendly and seemed to be having a good time at work and they addressed their customers by name. Next time I’m in the area picking up dinner I wouldn’t hesitate to stop in and pick up a six-pack or a lotto ticket.
