Don’t go there. It is bad! The food is typical burger king, much better than the competition, but the level of service leaves an awful lot to be desired. I did not desire much just a large onion rings, and that took about fifteen minutes.

OMG! I was reluctant when Joe Moore voted to put this place where it was, but thought ok let me try it! 20 minutes waiting in line at the drive through took its toll on me! I say close this place and let’s make room for some upscale eateries! I know… I know… It’s Howard street in Chicago and it the worst area in the north side. But we as residents need to take a stand on the«trash» that Joe Moore puts in our neighborhood

Went through the drive-thru this past Sunday(9⁄20) around 2:30/3 n the woman at the drive-thru was abnormally upbeat, happy, and nice. Such a pleasant experience at a drive-thru…not bashing anyone, I used to work at McDonald’s n was never that happy n upbeat, lol, props to her!

Been sitting in drive thru for nearly 20 minutes. Car behind me took 10 minutes before anyone took their order through the machine thing. I can’t wait to drive off as soon as I have the space. Worst BK ever. Total buzzkill

Let’s be honest the only reason anyone gets BK is because it’s fast and cheap. This location is definitely not fast. It’ll take them at least 15 minutes to bring the food out after paying, even at the drive thru. They will ask you to park your car and have you sit there while your food is being prepared. Usually those kinds of wait times and tactics are reserved for better quality food cooked to order. But that’s clearly not the case with this BK since the food comes out cold. Not sure what they were doing for 15 minutes. In addition, BK is no longer that cheap. Paying 10% more for a burger at Five Guys is definitely worth it and it’ll probably take less time to get your food. Or go to Potbellys or Chipotle where food is healthier and not as bland.

Went here to get a quick bite the other night. Decided on the drive through and waited nearly 25 minutes for a whopper, whopper junior and three chicken tenders. The person who took the order was apologetic… however I was very frustrated… due to the fact it took so long and I was late for an appointment.

We were all super excited to have this new fast food choice in our neighborhood, and well, I love fast food, and the Burger King is a classic joint. Well, the first day was hectic but there were plenty of staff around and some of it was good-looking. But, lo and behold I go back a few weeks later and what a mess: waited over 20 minutes for 2 dollar burgers, then witnessed an African man asking about his order and then being told off by some disheveled looking chick thinking that she was all that and was not, head twisting and telling the customer, impatiently, «it was just a mistake,» and then over her shoulder, «Yeah, girl, he be all mad and shit.» So that time was the last time.

Day 2 of this Brand New Burger King. And boy, does it show. I work with a lot of teenagers at my place of employment and today 2 of them walked up to me and said Oh Snap Lorelei the new Burger King is open and you need to go check it out! Okay, now honestly, in my opinion you’ve seen one Burger King you’ve seen them all but since I have been watching this New Burger King being built in my place of employments huge parking lot I decided to go give it a look see. So tonight after work I ventured inside this Burger King’s Castle and there was this really long line, now, this itself didn’t bother me as much as the lack of organization within said line, people were all over the place! Now, honestly, I frequent Burger King about once a year because I feel that through the years the quality has gone down and the prices have gone up but I was hoping my visit tonight would be a positive one. However, this was not meant to be! Today was only day 2 of this new Burger King’s existence and I get to the counter and ask for an order of Onion Rings to go with my Burger and I am told quote, Sorry we are out of Onion Rings! Say what? Day 2 of Operation and out of Onion Rings? So not good! And then my friend ordered a Big Fish Sandwich and his sandwich should be renamed The Little Guppy Sandwich cause it was so small. However, my medium Icee which I love was only a buck so at least that made me happy! However, all the screaming/crying Munchkins did not, geez, I can’t catch a break here. So, I will inform the kids at work tomorrow that I visited this Burger King on their Oh Snap tip. However, service was terrible behind the counter and the food was mediocre at best. I wish them all the luck in the world, and honestly after what I saw tonight they will need it…
