The delicious food you’ve come to love without the fast service you’ve come to expect. This location routinely moves through the line ridiculously slow. You don’t stand a chance if you come here during rush hour, unlike at most Chipotles which move the line at the speed of light. This is the only location I’ve been to where you can have one person working the line while and simultaneously running the register then on your way out you pass by 5 Chipotle employees sitting down and eating.

this is the worst location EVER! there is never any food ready and the employees are careless. The tables are never clean especially the counters by the soda machine.

I got a chicken and carnitas burrito bowl. The rice and the chicken was dry. The carnitas did not taste that great. I am a frequent at Chipotle, however I will not come back to this location. Worst quality burrito bowl I have had before.

The food was great as Chipotle always is. The wait is just long but what can you expect from a location that is right in the heart of the Loop in Chicago.

I grab lunch from a Chipotle about once a week or once every two weeks. It’s good, reliable, and quick… it’s a Chipotle. During the week you will find a HUGE line from about noon until 1:30-ish but they do a pretty good job of moving people through at a steady clip. They are definitely fast and the error rate is usually pretty low. Like I said, this is a once a week or once every other week stop and will remain so going forward.

Chipotle’s food makes me SOOOOOO happy but this location doesn’t. I’m not a fan of standing in long lines so I gladly utilize online ordering. Unfortunately, I don’t believe this location pays the online orders any attention. I tried twice to give them the benefit of the doubt, in case they were just having an off day. The first time I waited 15 minutes(after the pick up time) in the store for my «online» order. The 2nd time I waited 10 minutes in the store & that was after waiting to leave work 10 minutes after the pick up time! I felt bad when I had to cut the line just to get the cashier to acknowledge me & then 3 different employees asked me what my name was for the order before they finally gave it to me :(The other people & I waiting for online orders might as well of stood in line with everyone else.

One time, I came here to order just a bowl of beans. Still good! When you’re supes down for some beans, check out Chipotle! If you’re really living dangerously, add some rice, steak, salsa, cheese, and guac to that bowl of beans and you’ll thank me.

Pretty much the worst location I’ve been to. Ordered a cheese quesadilla as usual and the lady screams to the cashed AFTER I PAID, and TWOSIDES. I have never paid for a side of sour cream or salsa at any. To top it off she(the screamer) only gave me half full«sides».

Chipotle is a reliably delicious, craveable lunch. If you don’t take it easy, though, you’ll have giant calorie bomb on your hands. They have a cool nutrition calculator on their site that lets you fiddle with how many calories you are ingesting. Pro tip: Skip the tortilla(get the bol) and the sour cream and cheese. Load up on the veg salsas and lettuce. But duh, you knew that, right? I love that they have $ 4.75 margaritas at this location.

I have to agree with other reviewers here: the team at this location is friendly and fast. People who smile! Makes my lunch a little better just for stopping by. With so many other spots all vying for our $ 10 cubicle lunches, I give these guys my business at least once a week. My fave? Burrito bowl with brown and black, veggies + chicken, 2 mild + 1 hot, with guac and lettuce. Healthy and tasty!

Great staff and very friendly! They recognize me when I come in everytime and know my order. Quick staff that works to get the orders done asap meaning lunch hours aren’t as bad here.

This is my favorite chipotle from all the ones in the city. And I think I went to all of them! Why? The service is much better and employees are more polite. They are really fast too, much faster then the one on Michigan. So if it’s busy, expect to wait, but not as much as you will at other Chipotles. It’s convenient if you’re with friends and one of them wants something else because McDonalds is right across the street and Ogilve is right there too(Taco Bell, Subway, Panda Express, Dunkin Donuts, Arby’s etc etc is inside Ogilve). It’s also only like a 12 – 15 min walk from UIC, it’s nice walking here when it’s in the 70s.

I used to work at a Chipotle in the suburbs so I do understand a lot of problems that can happen during a day. This Chipotle had literally nothing ready. They were out of Carnitas, the person in front of me had taken the last serving of chicken, and steak was empty but not even cooking on the grill. There was only a small portion of barbacoa left, and ground beef. I waited 10 minutes for steak. They apparently had not refilled their bowls either, so I had to wait for the crew member to grab more from the back. Rice and beans were good, however they were low on salsas as well. I got a measley amount of sour cream and my friend got a tiny amount of brown rice. Not to mention the employees seemed to be careless and a tad rude when they couldn’t hear us. I understand it’s hard to hear over the glass pane and the music is so loud, but they were just plain rude. I asked for a side of corn in a cup and the employee ended up putting it on my bowl. He then realized his mistake and said, «ah, well the corn tastes good with barbacoa anyway.» Everything was unorganized and the employees’ attitudes did not work. Definitely not going to this location again.

I work at Willis so I was happy for this location to open. I went shortly after they opened and when I got back to the office, the rice was not cooked, my chicken was cold and the mild salsa was very watery. I gave them the benefit of the doubt since they had just opened up. I also wait a very long time in line and I went after the lunch rush(2pm). I did go another time and everything was fine. I did not get the chicken or mild salsa due to my previous experience. I went today 12÷19÷14 and there were only 4 people in front of me and I had to wait awhile before being helped. My rice was undercooked, the chicken was cold and fatty and after I started eating it I noticed a long black hair mixed in with the rice. I have short light brown hair. Will be heading to other chipotle locations.

Not worth it. No Burrito is worth that line. If you can avoid it during lunchtime then do so. The line usually goes all the way out the door and loops all the way around the restaurant. On the plus side there weren’t many people dining in, so there were plenty of seats available. To be fair, the line did move fairly quick but if you are like me and don’t have that much time to wait in line for about 15 minutes or so then this might not be the right option for you. The food was standard Chipotle. The staff was not very friendly at all and only cared about getting you out the door and God forbid you are undecided by the time you get to the counter. The lady behind me didn’t hear the employee talking to her so he yelled at her about three times and waved his hands very rudely until she noticed. Yes, he yelled and waved as if he were drowning. Like I said, if you can avoid it during the lunch rush.

This Chipotle has lines longer than the newest attraction at Disneyland. Inside is sardine city so it’s probably best to take your food to go. Anyways, once you walk in, it’s standard Chipotle procedure. Get in line then customize, customize, customize! I feel like the staff rushes patrons which makes sense since its crazy there but thats bad for a person like me who has a hard time deciding what add or or knockoff I want on the whatever the hell I get. I like the bowls best. I truly hate the rice because its too cilantro flavored. Its been scientifically proven that theres a biological trait thats some people are born with that makes some like cilanto and some hate it. to me it tastes like soap. So its a genetic love or hate thing for humans like liking Tori Amos or Crocs. Due to the business and proponderence of cilanto this Chipotle uses I can only award it 2 stars.

As always chipotle hits the spot. This location is nice and easy but usually a line but it always goes quick and the employees are always nice so that always helps after waiting to get your food

The line may look long but it moves quickly. I’ll usual get the burrito bowl, which saves 300 calories. In my opinion, black beans are better than the pinto and the brown rice is superior to the white rice. The tofu sofritas are quite good and the chicken is as well. By the way, get off your phone while ordering, the line moves quickly!

I love chipotle… Who doesn’t But this location sucks! I came here for lunch on 2 occasion, the second time was for it to redeem itself. It’s bad… It doesn’t taste as good as the others around and portions are so small here! Not to mention they rush you, I understand it’s a long line but your saying«sour cream?» As you pour the sour cream on!!! I ended up with ingredients I didn’t want on my salad because they couldn’t wait a second for my yes or no… Will be going to other locations

I’m sure everyone has been to chipotle before. I love how fast this location is even when there’s a line out the door. I’m not really a fan of the burritos, but I do like the chicken salad bowls. Mine comes to around 450 calories(lettuce, black beans, chicken, mild salsa, and a little bit of cheese) I wish the price though was around $ 5 and not $ 7. Lol
