BEWARE! Extremely unethical and dishonest realtors. First, they do anything and everything possible to delay the submission of the offer. After my offer was finally submitted on Wednesday, Mrs. Blackburn told my realtor that «here are other offers at the table», so they are looking for the best and highest offer and she is going to send a «special Form» for it.. While we were waiting for «the Form», my realtor submitted FULL price offer on Thursday morning (took a while because the Blackburns fax wa not working, email was not working, ect.). We had no respond from neither Chelton Blackburn or his wife. (faces behind The Blackburn Team”” until coming Monday evening.
FIVE days after, on Monday at about 8:55 PM, Mr. Blackburn advised my realtor that another offer was accepted on Friday at about 3pm. It looked very suspicious why realtors informed us about this decision four days later, never gave us the Form as promised and never advised when is a deadline to submit. The status of the unit was still listed as Active.
On Tuesday morning I asked for proof of all offers and explanations why we never got the Form. The Blackburns (only after their Supervisor, Mrs. Natalie Carpenter got involved!) finally agreed to accept my new offer on Wednesday, at much higher amount than the listed price, and purportedly submitted to the Seller. Yesteday, on Tuesday, or six days after, (and over a week after I was told that «another offer is accepted!» Mr. Chelton Blackburn told us that «The seller decided on
«the exectued offer for the another buyer was received today (not last week).». This is obvious lie.
I heard many bad review on Chelton Blackburn regarding his tactics to delay with offers from perspective buyers for his own benefit. I experienced these tactics from the first hand experience. Blackburn’s Seller is a Goventmental entity and the property was offered at a low price. I would suggest that Mr. Blackburn was interested in this unit for himself and did everything possible to prevent others from purchasing this unit. When I asked for the proof of the offers — Mr. Blackburn became very mad, responded in rude manner and refused to provide the proof of offers (as warranted by our MLS) or his real estate licence number. So, Buyers and Sellers BEWARE –of this dishonest and unethical realtors!!!

This is one of the worst Real Estate broker offices I have ever seen. I will not name names but they have dishonest Realtors working at that office. There was one agent who tried to pass off pictures from one house as pictures for another house. The same agent was also very rude and also lied about the property tax as well. The have also lied about the location of a property as well saying it is in a certain neighborhood when it is no where near the neighborhood.

Sheldon Blackburn sells poorly built construction for Keaney Construction, and you guys bank the profit.
