Coffee is ok but the service in the morning is atrocious. Need to hire people(higher salary in the morning?) that can keep the line moving.

Pretty terrible, which is pretty terrible coming from someone who is usually annoyingly cheerful. We stopped through quickly after hopping off the train at Central Station which is right around the corner. We were dying for some iced coffee and doughnuts, which our craving was barely met by coming here. The service was bad, we got a serious blank stare by the crew member at the register. No one else in the place but she seemed annoyed that we didn’t know what we wanted, but hey, there’s no Dunkin’ by us at home! I ordered an ice coffee with skim milk, my man ordered an iced coffee with sugar and cream. The doughnut selection was slim(we got there at 10am, but still!) and only some glazed doughnuts, cinnamon buns, and Boston cremes were left. We each ordered a doughnut. The doughnuts were given right away and were soft, but a little stale and the frosting on them was not ideal. It was a thin layer of crusty, almost crunchy frosting that left a lot to be desired. About 5 minutes later(?!) our coffees came up next and I am highly questioning on if any skim milk was actually added to mine. I think it was added to my boyfriend’s coffee because his was starkingly light colored with a ½ INCH layer of sugar lying at the bottom of his coffee. It’d be a different story of the coffee tasted good enough to be plain but it was just watered down and terrible. We just decided to peace out and call it a $ 9 loss to start our trip and now I’m not so bummed that there’s no Dunkin’ Donuts around home.

I love Dunkin’ Donuts. My girlfriend and I stopped here at Union Station because we had a little time to kill before she had to catch her train. The line wasn’t very big, so we thought it was the smartest choice. The line moved pretty quickly, which I was happy about. That is, until I realized how poorly structured it is. The line takes up most of the counter space, but then there is only a very tiny space for people to stand to wait for their order. It’s like standing in line to get into a mosh pit. There are always a bunch of people, since it’s a busy train station, and people are shoving and trying to get to their coffees. It’s a mess. They also messed up my order. I had a simple one; an iced green tea, a strawberry donut with sprinkles, and an Oreo cheesecake square. What I received was almost right, except that I got a chocolate donut with sprinkles. Strawberry ones are my FAVORITE and are why I go to DD, so I was beyond bummed. Unfortunately for my girlfriend, she ordered«the exact same thing» so she got the same order that the cashier misheard, and also got a chocolate donut. We were both bummed, but we sure as hell weren’t about to wander all around Union Station again to correct an $.89 error. Next time though, I will be sure to check my order BEFORE I leave the food court, and not after.

Sooooooooo slow. There’s a whole new crew here just about every month. You can imagine what that makes the service like.

This DD location has a special place in my heart because it prepared my very first Chai Tea with Almond Milk and it was sooooooo good. The place was super busy and given its location, that comes as no surprise. But even with 40 people standing in the curvy line, the cashier took the time to offer almond milk instead of whole milk. After lighting up like a Christmas tree and saying I would love to check it out, she advised me that it is .50 more. How’s that for best cashier ever?!! Going above the press in your order and tell you the total experience. Needless to say, I loved the tea with almond milk and their service. I will happily stand in line again for a repeat experience. Job well done.

Terrible service here. I was beyond excited to get a DD at Union. It would save me time on my way to work where my route to the office actually does not include a DD passing. I was so disappointed when I finally got to stop here one day when the line wasn’t like 20 ppl long. Normally 20 ppl long lines don’t bother me, because the DD crews typically know how to work them quick and efficiently. NOT this one. These employees are rookies. The owner doesn’t help at all, she is just as slow and confused and strained looking most of the time. We need movers and shakers people! This is Union Station! C’mon!

If this is the new Dunkin Donuts in Union Station right before the escalators, this is the WORST Dunkin I have ever been to.(and I am a Dunkin addict). Not only is this the slowest operation I have ever seen, but 5 out of 6 times, they have messed up my order which is just regular coffee with cream and sugar. Their system is not as efficent as others, and they do not even have the mobile app running at their location where they can quickly scan my phone to pay. Part of the draw of DD is their quick service and perfect blend of cream and sugar. They are snail paced slow, and do not stir any of the coffees when making them. I know this because I watch them make it. I see the supervisor watching over the coffee makers but she does not seem to want to improve this operation. if this was not located right off of my train stop, i would NEVER give them my business. Let’s hope they attempt to improve.

Finally! Another quick service breakfast coffee shop in Union Station! This replaced former Mrs Fields location that seemed to struggle constantly in the past. Food is what you expect at a typical Dunkin Donuts. Coffee made just like most Dunkin Donuts. The real problem is the service. After being open for about a month, the efficiency is non-existent. Also customer service is lacking. For being most likely the second or third person you interact in the morning, I expected better. I was probably the first person in line before the rest of the train caught up with me. I had to wait before I was given the okay to approach. After placing my order, I waited for my breakfast sandwich and arrived to me prompt. My coffee never was made. I even stood there waiting watching the beverage station being managed by a person that ignored me then walked away. I waited as other get their food but no one received drinks until I flagged someone else. The efficient McDonalds near by in Union Station has you in and out within 2 minutes(I’ve timed them). I expect better if this Dunkin Donuts will compete with McDonalds. Food — 4 Décor — 4 Service — 1
