I am writing this review specifically because of the manager, Alexis. She has been managing this location for few months now and I have seen noticeable changes in the service. This location is 1 minute from my business so I am there regularly. I made a point to introduce myself to Alexis and tell her my thoughts on her management. The staff seems of better quality as well. There is always room for improvement of course, but I have to say I like what she is doing to impact the business. And yes the coffee is good too!

Just ordered a flatbread sand which and realized my sandwich doesn’t have bacon on it like it should and doesn’t even have enough ham like it should. It’s not that hard to get it right people get it together $ 5 spent on two ham pieces

i will never get my coffee from here again thanks to TWO Guys who work the after 5 shift. These two guys(M. B — don’t know the other guy’s name) take this time to eat at the front of the store, and jump to the back to serve you without even washing their hands HOWDISGUSTING !!! like i want whatever the heck they just had in their mouth on my food! Once i had to ask the guy(M.B) to wash his hands after he pushed the garbage(food he had just finished eating) into the can and went to get my food without washing his hands. He looked at me like i was being unreasonable for not wanting my food contaminated with garbage. John what happened? this place use to be so nice :(The owners should really look at those store video cameras, and see what employees are doing.

I never post reviews but this is the SLOWEST dunkin doughnuts ive ever experienced. Ive lived here for 2 years and come here all of the time. It is consistently one of the most irritating experiences. i dont understand how the workers are that slow when they are surrounded by coffee

Good Lord, this might be the slowest fast food I’ve ever been to. It was some the staff’s fault and some the other patrons’ to be fair, but if I’m even slightly in a hurry or just not in the mood to cool my heels for 15 minutes waiting for dunkin, I will drive right by next time. In fact, I came here rather than going to a neighborhood place because I expected it to be faster. So anyway, it’s a Fine dunkin in terms of what you’ll walk out with, but what a hassle! It’s full-sized and has the prepared products and bags of coffee beans. It’s in a gas station convenience store, with a subway next to the dunkin counter. There’s plenty of parking in the gas station.

Cashier: Hi, how are you? Me: Fine, how are you? Cashier: Not good. What do you want? Not really the textbook way to start selling donuts to a person who just brought 9 kids with him into your store. Felt like saying«Let’s just pack up and leave guys, because the chick behind the counter is having a bad day!»

Closest DD to my place. this place is brand spankin’ new, shares space with Subway and gas station convenience store. So far I am loving it — new space, parking, a few tables and a counter with chairs. Staff that I have dealt with have been very nice and I’ve yet to encounter any very long lines. Here’s to a long and happy friendship DD!
