I liked the immense variety of beers and the menu was good. Our service was super nice and we were allowed to park at the table for 2 playoff games. Crowd was easy going. Would definitely go back!

We came here for after dinner beers. Overall, I liked the atmosphere here(clean, game playing on multiple screens, good music, etc). Nice selection of beer and attentive waitress. BUT my biggest peeve from this place came as soon as I tried to navigate the beer menu. The list includes beers that are«on deck» that they don’t yet have in draft. Why was I tempted with beers I could not have?! All the different types of beers are shuffled among one another so I had to look for my beloved IPAs. I’d come back if I was looking for a bar in the area.

My feelings about this place vary depending on the time of the visit. However, one thing can never be denied– their beer selection is excellent. They have 50 things on tap. Some of the normal suspects are in there(lots of Goose Island), but also some harder to find favorites: ballast point, sixpoint, 5 rabbit, etc. Sitting at the bar in full view of the taps, the big screens and the nice bar tenders is enjoyable. Sitting upstairs with the drunks and the loud music is not enjoyable. Going here on a weekend when it become a magnet for every plaid shirt wearing guy and legging encased girl you’ve been avoiding, is just annoying. They seem to full embrace the college feel on Fridays and Saturdays. Then, somehow, on Sunday it is a normal chill bar again. The food gets a shoulder shrug for me. It tries to be slightly fancy bar food, but it is just bar food. It is no better or worse than any other bar burger, salad, or whatever you’ve had before, but just as costly. I wouldn’t come here to get the standard defrosted favorites, but I would and do come here to drink. Pull up a bar stool. Make a plan to try new beers and don’t go upstairs.

This is where I was first exposed to pickle backs and cheese curds. I had the big kahuna burger with the brussel sprout side. The brussel sprouts were to delightful next to the giant burger filled with pork belly and avocados. The portion size is enormous, definitely great for sharing. Beer selection is overwhelming but that also means you’ll be able to find something you like. Bummer that the Horny Goat Chocolate Peanut Butter Porter was not on tap that night.

It is one of the many sports bars on Division. There is no question that there is nothing unique. I don’t necessarily go on the weekends or high peak times as it is too«fratty» for my preference. However, that being said, they have some good specials and good bar food. For instance, Monday is burger and $ 5 dollar Fatpour night(aka huge drinks). The burgers and the wings are solid and are better of the bar food. I like their french fries too. I’d pass on the nachos. There are a lot of chips, less toppings and they get soggy. They have a great beer selection(with a good amount of ciders too for non-beer drinkers). Service has generally been pretty good. Overall, it is a decent spot in the area.

Taps for days… We were on the hunt for Goose Island 312 Urban Radler and found it here… on tap. Along with what seemed hundreds of other craft brews(really I think it was 60). And along with what’s on tap, there are the cans and bottles and full bar. Walked in on a Saturday afternoon and able to snag two seats at the bar. I think it’s a University of Wisconsin bar and I only say that because my husband is always pointing things like that out so I have started to notice it too. The beer menu is like a catalog, it even lists what is on deck once a current tap is out. At the time we visited there were tons of Pumpkin beer on deck so I’m sure by now, it’s pumpkin all day, every day. Service was super nice and funny. Lots of photobombs here, I wanted to buy the guy a beer but he mysteriously disappeared.

Came here for a badger Saturday football game, as fat pour is a badger bar. They have decent deals on Saturday– $ 3 mimosas, $ 5 beer-mosa and $ 20 bottles of champagne. The drink list is extensive… Every kind of beer from every area. You will find something you like! We were drinking a lot, so we ate mostly appetizers. We got the cheese curds(awesome), nachos(not worth it ATALL), mac & cheese, and sweet potato fries. The other food was all good, but don’t bother with the nachos. It’s a whole bag of chips with hardly any toppings. It’s a good location for just hanging out with friends or watching a game. They also play hilarious videos during commercials, which is awesome.

As weird as this sounds, Fatpour is a place that I kept thinking would let me down. But it just never does. It never, ever does. It’s a loud and rowdy corner spot in the neighborhood, but they do an excellent job in catering to the not loud and rowdy crowd(cough cough me cough cough). It’s a busy place but something about it just keeps me coming back for more. Maybe it’s their insane Monday night $ 5 fatpour and $ 7 cheeseburger with two sides deal. I mean… what? This makes Mondays infinitely better. I find myself thinking about a $ 5 fatpour of Skinnygirl Sangria(aka basic drink) around 12:00 on Mondays without fail. Also, craft beer loving husband loves the fact that you can get some pretty awesome beers with the fatpour deal. Not much is excluded. The hostesses are always friendly, the service is always great, the bartenders are always just the right amount of chummy and chatty. The manager has even come up and asked how we are doing a couple of times. If I just saw this place from outside and heard it on a weekend, my negative ‘tude would keep me from giving it a chance. But I did give it a chance, and they do a great job of catering to my crowd too.

Fatpour is my football watching spot during the fall. I also use it as my go to date spot when I get to pick. It is open and they have enough space between tables that you are comfortable with 2 people or a big group. They have a giant craft beer list. It is always changing so watchout for beers listed as on tap, ask the server if it is available bc a lot of times they have tapped it but the list isnt updated. Monday is $ 522 oz pours.

Great selection of beers! They had about fifty different craft beers on tap to choose from with a wide offering of local brews! It was so hard to choose but I went with a great Revolution American Pale Ale. Fun vibe as well! This place has both an upstairs and downstairs area. On the night we came, all the music being played was throw back early 2000s rap and who doesn’t love early 2000s rap! Fun place to hang out with friends and enjoy some quality beer for a great price!

60 Beers on tap? Yessssssss, yessssss, yesssssssssssss~~~ I think we all know by now I’m a beer girl… or as my friend that evening called me a ‘beer snob’! Hmph! Highly offensive term for my kind! Just kidding. :) But on the real, I love my beer and Fatpour Tap Works has tons of beer. They have some crap beer like Miller and Bud… but on their list of 60 brews on tap, they had tons I had never tried before. I liked that — NAY! I loved that. Cory was my bartender for the night and he was beyond amazing. Super helpful in picking drinks out, he knew his stuff and was just very friendly without some aire of douchebaggery or coming off disingenuous. My bud and I went on a Monday which is $ 5 Fat Pours day. $ 5 for most of their beers on tap! Awesomesauce! After perusing their menu, I decided their Starter list was where it was at. A lot was looking good in their appetizers so we decided to get a couple things from that menu to share. Chicken & Waffle Bites — Chunks of fried chicken in a waffle fritter, dusted with powdered sugar and served with maple syrup $ 9 — Overall a fun idea and cool dish. Chicken seemed a bit overcooked but good flavor and a dish that goes pretty perfectly with a brew. Chicken Lettuce Wraps — Hoisin-ginger glazed chicken, cashews and crispy rice noodles with bibb lettuce wraps $ 10 — Loved the lettuce wraps. The flavor in the chicken was delicious but could have used more chicken with the dish. Another dish I would def get again. On top of all this goodness, they have a pretty great patio/sidewalk seating area that’s awesome on a nice summer day. I’m down with Fatpour and I’ll be back for sure.

Horrible food. $ 10 cheese curds and you get like 10 small ones and they sucked. Super greasy and not great what so ever. Go to smoke daddy and get beer cheese instead.

Really Fatpour? I made a reservation to watch our beloved Blackhawks via OpenTable more than a week ago and I get a stock email just yesterday that my reservation was abruptly cancelled. Look, I get it. It’s a huge game. But at least do potential customers the courtesy of trying to accommodate reservations that were originally scheduled. This is just bad business – not to mention the inconvenience you caused 10 people who were looking forward to some great food and drinks at your bar. I love your bar, I really do. But if I can’t be granted the reservation that I was proactive enough to make, I won’t be coming back – there’s a ton of bars in the city who are happy to work with us.

Boycott taco Tuesday here. They are so gringo, they suck. The fish is no good either, Cheese curd appetizer. Two handfuls of cheese curds that will make your realize you are not in Wisconsin anymore. It’s a great Badger sports bar, but this bad experience made me question my previous 5 times here, and if I really enjoyed it. Is should not be a better brunch spot than it is a Taco Tuesday go to. Shame on me for ordering 3 beers in a row that were all«on deck». Even though it’s 80 degrees it must still not be warm enough for summer beers. Bummer beers…

The room is nice, there are plenty of flat screens, the service is good and the food is pretty good. so Fatpour is «pretty good», but not real good, and it could be. Besides a cool name, a great beer selection and an up and coming Ukrainian Village location going for it, it just does not rise above the other burger, sports bar locations. One whole star demerit for the gawd awful nachos. Right out of Taco Bell.

Went to Fatpour for a work farewell happy hour. It’s perfect for a post-work beer. It’s never super crowded and they have a great list of brews on tap or by the bottle. They have daily specials. The day we went, the bottled beers were $ 2 off and they had a special cost for the pizzas, though we didn’t eat here. I think if I had a complaint, it might be that it felt a little sports bar generic. But it’s clean, the staff is friendly, the beer list is great, and the food(from previous visits) is nice but not foodie-quality. Solid bar. Lots of TVs. It’s becoming my top pick when I’m putting together a happy hour meeting spot since it holds a group really well.

A clean, well managed sports bar! I went here to watch the NCAA National Championship football game and it was terrific. TV’s everywhere, staff always available so I was never kept waiting, good respectful atmosphere with cheering fans and no obnoxious drunks. I felt as comfortable as I would at home, but with good food, and great beer. Plus, who doesn’t love having their own tap at their table?
