WE have used this location more than once and have always been happy with the quality of their work and timeline.
Every time this branch is early on their deliveries. They get it.

I use Fedex Kinkos often for client print needs. I’ve found that the service is spotty at best, but let me assure you — this location has SUPERIOR customer service. I spoke with three different employees for 3 different projects that I had — all last minute rush projects that were no easy tasks — and the employees were amazing helpful, nice and cooperative. I am beyond impressed with this location. Whether you talk with Louis, Keith or Jillian (those were the 3 in particular I worked with), they were all fantastic in EVERY aspect. Thank you 222 Merchandise Mart Plaza location for restoring my faith in Fedex Kinkos.
