Fresh Healthy Cafe

This Café is attached to the FFC Fitness Formula Club Gold Coast. The staff is friendly, and I have only purchased water and protein shakes after a workout. My real complaint is with the availability of this place. After a recent workout, I really wanted a protein shake, but they had a sign on their door that they closed early. Ok, not a big deal, things happen. Went to FFC again yesterday afternoon to workout but forgot to bring water. When I got there, Fresh Healthy Café had a sign on the door that they were closing early, again. I think the business owner should realize they are running a business. Last time I checked, St. Patricks’s Day is not considered a national holiday. Customers depend on you being open. They should have arranged to have the place staffed.
