This is the second time I’ve ordered deliver from this site and it was 1.5 hours late last time, and now it’s been 45 minutes since I ordered and still no sandwich. So much for«Freaky Fast!» That’s the only reason I ordered from here, I don’t really like these sandwiches, they’re pretty basic and not even that good… I need the SPEED of the delivery, which you pride yourselves on and make me listen to really annoying radio commercials about it, but can’t get a sandwich out one mile away in less than an hour. Hire another driver instead of making one guy do the lunch rush!

Great service and delicious subs! This place is always clean. The staff is friendly. The parking can be challenging since there is limited parking in front of their establishment.

Walked into the place and stood at a register and wasn’t greeted. Turns out the cashier was closing the register, but at least acknowledge the fact that I’m standing there waiting to be served. Not once did she look at me or speak to me, but called someone over to open the next register. Also, this was THEE Slowest jimmy johns I’ve ever been to. It took too long for them to make my sandwich, and by the time I got home, I realized my bread was stale. I wasn’t going to drive all the way back up there, but I’ll never return to that location. When I walked into the place, they were throwing out bread by the loaves. I should’ve took that as a sign that my bread would’ve been dry and old as hell too!

I reserved this review until I gave this jimmy johns a second chance. The first time I came here a week or so ago they were completely out of bread and said the customers could wait 15 or 20 minutes. I went in again today and asked for wheat bread… Out again. At least today they had white bread(which I am unable to eat). How can a sandwich shop be out of bread for two days? If you offer sandwiches as your major product, you should have bread on hand… It seemed like the staff didn’t even care. Too bad, this place is very close to me and I will not be back.

Horrible phone customer service! Called to place a large catering order for the end of the yr party for my organization and in five minutes had three people answer the phone, place on hold, and the final person appearing mentally challenged or under the influence trying to take my order. Loud giggling and yelling in the background, the guy couldn’t hear, finally I said never mind. Won’t call back and will not recommend for business.

I’ve been here for take-out and ordered for delivery several times. Orders are always accurate and quick. I love the veggie sub. Delivery isn’t always the fastest compared to other Jimmy Johns locations, but they come up to my door(I live in a highrise), rather than make me come down to the lobby. So nice.

I have ordered here many times for delivery to my school. It takes this establishment over 40 mins to make 2 – 3 sandwiches and deliver them from a mile away. Not freaky fast.

I really thought Jimmy John’s was supposed to be fast… Typically it is. But somehow it took 50 minutes to deliver to a location approximately 1 mile away. By the time the sandwich arrived the bread was soggy. Even worse were the mushy tomatoes they put on the sandwich. I was pretty disappointed and probably won’t order food from here again.

After procrastinating and studying nonstop for an exam at Starbucks next door, I was famished! Conveniently, JJ is right around the corner. The service is always very friendly and freaky fast! It’s my go to place for a quick lunch when I’m on campus. I don’t know what it is, but the bread is addicting — along with a bag of jalepeno chips and a pickle, I’m a happy camper!

Horrible! My husband ordered sandwiches with no tomato… both came with tomato… and about 2 cups of mayo… so much mayo the sandwich couldn’t be salvaged. I ordered an unwich… the lettuce used for the wrap looked unwashed. It was wilted and brown… also inedible. When the guy at the counter handed my husband his sandwiches, my husband told him it was to go, and the guy at the counter replied«the bags are right there». Finally, when a place’s slogan is subs so fast you’ll freak, they should try to live up to it. Service was slow considering there were no other customers in front of us. Will not be going back.

This is a review for their delivery. I honestly just love Jimmy. So dependable and always here quick when I’m most in need. I don’t know whether it’s this location, but they really are freaky fast. I’ve ordered so many times from here, and not once have they screwed up my order. And, to top it off, the delivery boys are so nice. Sure, they’ve been late a couple of times here and there, but the guys always seem sincerely apologetic. It’s the best thing after a long day when I’m too lazy to cook.

REVIEWOFSERVICEON6⁄10 — $ 1SUBDAY Line was massive, as expected, but the service was spectacular. They had people fill out thie rorder sheets while in line, and all we had to do was hand it to the cashier. Sub was made fast, and very tasty. It’s nice they offered this promotion the day I’m at a sox game.

Ummmmm… tell me something, people. Is it customary for JJ’s to ask for sandwiches BACK? LIke, you know, if they screw up on a delivery order and you call to complain about it? Isn’t that against some, if not health code, for customer service code? Other than that, this place is okay — typical JJ’s. Packed during lunch, but they’re usually pretty fast with delivery.

F you Jimmy Johns. there is nothing else next to this place so I’m forced to come here or eat the new ‘cous cous’ salad from Starbucks. They’ve consistently left things out of my order. I didn’t want tomatos… And yes, there were tomatos. Today, I paid the extra 50 cents for hot peppers. I heard the lady scream peppers but when I got back to my office and looked in my sandwich, did I get hot peppers? No. I personally believe a $ 7 sandwich should at least have all the right parts.

So I ordered Jimmy Johns for lunch with a few friends at work. The bread is amazing… and I got a BLT which was great. They did take almost 2 hours for delivery and the size of the sandwich was much smaller than I expected for the price. So, I’d say, if youre willing to spend the money for a good sandwich and you aren’t starving(which I was by the time I got it)… then go for it! But, stop by, don’t get delivery.

This place has been open for about two weeks and it still runs like a well-oiled machine. I think I ate here 3 times last week — oops! Love the Vito and the«Big John». If you don’t order your sammy without hot peppers you are totally missing out. Hot dang!

After teasing an opening for almost nine agonizing months, this place opened last week. Yes for us employees around the IIT campus, our options for lunch have risen dramatically… no longer am i choosing jalapeño cheetos from the vending machine, 7 – 11 sandwiches and samosas(very brave of me i might add) or just starving. In one week i’ve gone 5 times. I promise never to get sick of you jimmy johns.
