Went there for lunch. Took the waitresses a while to get to us but I think they are short staffed. Ordered a torta and it was good and also they have pickled carrots those were pretty good too overall it was ok

2 stars for the food but the service needs to improve. Management’s response left us feeling our business was not appreciated. Questionable whether we return.

Awful service!!! Never again… I can find good Mexican food with BETTER SERVICE easily somewhere else! Obviously are lacking a good sense for business… Or they just don’t care to excel & will settle for whatever little business they can get. God forbid you want to be the best in your industry. SMH

Been here a few times,
Not as good as the one on Kedzie, but not that bad either that you want to avoid it.
Nice service and some pretty cool art and paintings on the walls
They do have a parking lot and they get some point for that.
oh and good prices too

On our way to midway, we pulled in here because we couldn’t find a parking spot across the street. We were delighted. Good, friendly service and atmosphere. Our food was great and moderately priced. I would certainly visit again on my way to MDW from downtown.

La Haciendita: congratulations! Bravo means FIRE! I love this place, even it’s not so big has all to be a Cozy Home Made Mexican Restaurant, please try Breakfast «La Haciendita» it has Cecina, two eggs (any way you may like) rice and beans, salsa are good too, oh my… I almost forgot… Al Pastor Tacos; so good mmm…
Price: $$ not expensive for what you eat.
Chips are sold separately, but I ask for Tacos al Pastor with everything (2) just to start: D

New to the neighborhood, we stop by for breakfast, great service, delicious food! Good coffee! I had green chilaquiles, they were superb! I will be stopping by more often!

I used to go to the other location on kedzie years ago. They just opened this location not long ago. Always loved the food here. The Horchata could have a better taste. But overal the stake sopes, tortas, tacos are real good. The atmosphere has a great vibe. Love the music. The paintings as well. Very clean and friendly. The new waitresses are getting better. Guacamole side is very good.
Love supporting new locations.
Would love if they would play the games on the tv not sure if they still accept debit/​credit cards.
Maybe later on have BYOB. I’m sure they will get more clients like that.

Not anything like across the street but they had parking at the time so I decided to go inside. The food was just average. I had the lentejas soup and it was bland and watery. The tacos were just average as well. Their torta was real good. The highlight of the evening!!! Even the hotchata was ok. Will come back if there’s no parking across the street again because I like supporting new business and the staff was very friendly and attentive.
