First review I am leaving on Unilocal or anywhere ever. The stylist that cut my hair was named Savina, the young Argentinian one? Horrible service, I came in for a trim and wanted her to reshape my bangs. They were cut in an oval shape around my face and I wanted to shape them straight across. My hair was long enough for that. She didn’t listen to what I wanted, her friend was there the entire time chatting her up besides me. I don’t care if you are being sociable but concentrate on the work you are doing. I asked her for just a bit more cut on the bangs and she refused, said I didn’t know what I was talking about and got defensive. I wasn’t offending her work I just asked for straight across bangs.
I appreciate when a stylist can give me advise on how my hair type and the work I am wanting will look, they are the professionals after all. However, she was not. It’s a trim, not that hard I would hope for a stylist. If she wasn’t distracted by her friend and phone she would have listened. If you would have listened to what I wanted in the first place you would have had a better understanding?
Anyway, she was very rude and realized I was not happy with the result. I just wanted to pay and get out of there. She ended up charging me only $ 20 for the trim which I appreciated BUT said that they don’t take debit/​credit cards. I live not too far from the salon so I told her I would come back and pay cash. This was at 3 pm. I came back before 5 pm and the Salon was closed. The hours on the door posted open until 8 pm. I went back a different day and they were also closed before 5 pm.
Unfortunately I mentioned to her where I worked during the hair trim. Now she won’t stop calling my work asking for me and saying that I owe her money. SERIOUSLY?!
You were rude, dismissive, and did not listen. Second, I was not happy with the work. Third, I tried to pay in 3 occasions. Lastly, you are harassing me at my workplace. That is not okay and please stop before further action is taken. Will never return and spreading the word on how they do business here.
Be careful with this place.

This is a welcome new business to the neighborhood. I highly recommend Lcecilia for a men’s cut. As she just opened shop, her schedule is open and it’s very easy to pop in or make a short notice appointment. She’s also very open to feedback and has a great welcoming personality. You’ll go far around here!
Ask her about her story and why she opened the salon — it’s a great conversation starter.
My only recommendation is to revise your hours to be a little later as many of us walk by after work and 7pm is a little too early to close.
