good window company, good quality, reasonable price.

I purchased storefronts (3) from this company and had them professionally installed by my general contractor. Within a year 9 of the sixteen windows are experiencing interior moisture. No one will come out to inspect. I sent pictures of the windows showing evidence of the cloudiness. They said over the phone that they could not afford to replace this many windows. I could come and pick up a window if I brought the defective one back to them. I would have to pay someone to install it though. Everyday seems cloudy when I look out the windows of a newly decorated store. Customer service are two words most definitely not in their vocabulary. I guess their warranty is solely for benefiting the company and not the consumer. Hard to stay in business much longer with these types of priorities!

I wish there was a way I could give this place ZERO stars. They are absolutely horrible. I had my windows replaced by this company seven years ago. At that time I worked with a wonderful sales woman named Grace who knew how to treat a customer right. I had zero problems when they were trying to get my business. Last month I noticed that water was getting in between the panes in one of my double hung windows and I also had a few nite guards that had snapped off. I called them to let them know since it was under warranty that I need to have the window pane and sash replaced and if I could purchase new nite guards. They informed me that someone would have to come out to take a look and that I would have to pay for the labor if the work was approved. So I agreed figuring this was fair enough. Can you believe it took me a total of seven calls just to get an appt for the repair? Finally, they came out at 7 on a Sunday evening and to my shock the techs barely spoke English and could not understand what I was telling them. They did manage to mumble something about me having to call the office to get the quote the next day. Since that time I have called the office on a daily basis (well over 6 weeks now), asking for them to get me a quote for the repair. I have spoken with Lucy, Linda, and whoever will listen. I have asked for Elias the owner, but he seems to never be there. What a coincidence!!! I will say that Lucy is the only one who listened to me and tried to pacify me but in the end she always said that this person or that person will emal me the quote or call me back. The last few calls I made I informed them that they were not honoring their warranty and that they were not a reputable company and that I was getting sick and tired of calling them every day. Honestly, I ended up filing a complaint with the BBB. Maybe they can help get this shady business to honor their warranty for services and products they provided. They are absolutely 100% shady and you need to stay away.

used to order windows from them but they finally turned me down with very bad service and their people were not helpful at all. Don‘t recommend to go. For your own interests, find somewhere else. DON‘T WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME HERE.

Their work is fine, but trying to get an appointment (and keeping it) is impossible.
