Omega

I’ve been in here twice once to see the store and the second to have a pin replaced in my SMP’s bracelet.
The service was polite and efficient… I felt like I was in Geneva.
Both of the people in store were great.
Keep up the good work.

Every time I’ve come here, I’ve been impressed with the amount of attentiveness and respect these folks provide (even after I tell them that I’m not currently on in the market for a new watch/​timepiece/​fisty-​clock). The store is filled with all kinds of Omega watches, and is a great place to see some of their super-​fancy pieces. If you are even the slightest bit interested in watches, give this place a shop. At the very least, it will be incredibly informative.

This is my first luxury watch purchase, ever.
I was away on vacation and we were doing shopping along the miracle mile, when I stumbled upon this Omega Watch location.
I have been contemplating a purchase for a long time, and even sought out deals online. For the most part there are never deals on Omega and Rolex watches, unless they are used or from a gray market, because of the bad reviews from one of the main gray market retailers, I kept holding back, since if I’m going to spend that much, might as well make sure you’re getting the real thing.
They keep the doors locked, but if you just give it a second they allow you in. I was honestly just looking, but the salesperson was very patient with me. I tried on multiple watches until I fell in love with the Omega Seamaster. It’s a smaller faced watch but fits well on my wrist.
The best part, was they actually offer no interest for 1 year. I know when you’re willing to spend this kind of money you should actually be able to afford it and not go into debt for it. But I will always take advantage of these free interest programs, because even if you have the money, you can keep your money more liquid to invest in other things.
Either way, one of the best purchasing experiences I’ve ever had.
