Pizza Hut

First off, I was very aware I was ordering fast food pizza and my expectations were as low as they can go. I was hung over and just needed food. So at that point, I would have been thrilled with Totino’s Pizza rolls. The food got there in a good and fair amount of time but looking back, I would have been ok if they had gotten lost along the way. The staff seems friendly as well so my problem was just with the food.
We got a Cheese and sausage pizza. My wife has willingly eaten Spam and Beefaroni and was even grossed out by the taste of this foul tasting meat like substance. So that should give you an idea of how bad this was. Even my dog wasn’t having it and he eats garbage if you’d let him. Which threw my theory that they received a shipment of Alpo instead and were like «meh, nobody will know» right out the window.
All in all, I may be a bit over dramatic, but now my favorite analogy of «it’s like pizza, even if it’s bad, it’s still pretty good» is no longer relevant in my world.

Who doesn’t like Pizza Hut and has eaten it forever? It’s a go-​to and it’s good. The problem is this place is in desperate need of a makeover and a good deep cleaning.
The weekly lunch buffets are great especially with kids. With the purchase of an adult lunch, the kid eats for $ 3!

Good food. We ordered 2 veggie lover, thin crust pizzas. Pizzas were good, delicious. I am not usually a big fan of pizza but this won me over.
We ordered this to our home, and the delivery was on time and the pizza was delivered hot, right out of the oven. Over all a good experience.

The pizza is pretty good, however dining in is a little let down, the people are wonderful but inside looks kinda run down, besides that you can at least enjoy a dim light munch…

This location has improved immensely. They have a new manager who is working very hard at correcting all of the customer service damage that the former manager left behind.
I couldn’t resist the $ 5 menu stuff, so I gave it another shot (knowing that if things got messed up, it would be on me) and they knocked it out of the park. The manager called me after I placed the order to assure me that they were prepping my order and the delivery was underway. The delivery driver was so kind and VERY fast.
If you’ve been burnt by this location before, I recommend giving it another shot!

This location is run very poorly. The store manager is extremely rude and has the worst approach to customer service and workforce management. I placed an order and 2 hours later when it hadn’t arrived, I called to get an update. She began making excuses and not once did she apologize. She said it would be there «soon».
All in all, my order never came. They refunded my order and didn’t call to tell me it wasn’t going to come. When I called to complain, I was told that I came «up on the phone hollerin’» and that if there wasn’t anything else he could do, he had to get off the phone to get back to work.
This is not conflict resolution, this is hiding from the problem. Becky Perez: Good luck staying in business if you train your employees to approach customer satisfaction this way.

It’s average pizza.
I should have expected average service.
Fine if you’re in a bind for dinner.
But I thought I was picking up something quick and online said my order would take 15 minutes to complete and now sitting here waiting at the store, it has taken 30… And counting.
It’s not even busy. At all.

Awful. Just don’t. The kid that took my order didn’t seem to even know what they offered on their own menu! To add insult to injury they forgot to add a topping to my pizza & just sprinkled it on at the end but from where I was standing you can see into the kitchen. I opened the box and brought it to the attention of the girl at the register and she claimed that it was just served like that with no solution to make up for the mistake. Nope wrong answer Sweets! I’ve ordered the exact same thing before & it definitely did not have afterthought toppings! Too bad I already paid for it. Got it home & the white sauce that I asked for 100 times was red sauce! Arrrg PICKING UP a pizza should NOT be this difficult!
So I bite into it and there was no doubt that the pizza tasted pretty disturbing which prompted me to call back. I spoke with the manager who claimed that she would credit my next order.
«…What about the abomination that is hot & steaming (& or cold & congealing) before me?»
I asked. She then informed me that she overheard me ask about the pizza at the register & that I was wrong about the toppings it’s just like that & they don’t deliver to me (what happened to the customer is always right??). That’s pretty odd seeing as how this was my first pickup because my last 2 orders were delivered. After going back & fourth (it felt like pulling teeth) & being placed on hold for a few moments, the manager agreed to send a replacement with the correct sauce & toppings and a complementary 2 liter. I’m hoping this isn’t a decoy for food poisoning (best believe that I’ll make sure to update you guys if I’m still alive) lol. If this was Bazaaro World I would say that the customer service here absolutely rocks & they have low priced delicious pizza that doesn’t taste like it’s a generic polished pooplet at all… but it’s not. Heh it’s my own fault though… what else could you expect from this pizzahut?
The 1 star that I want to give deep down in my soul is upgraded to 2 because after much protest the manager did send a replacement… my ghost will promptly downgrade it to 1 star if it does happen to be a Trojan Horse pizza for disease & or food poisoning that sends me to an early grave.

It’s Pizza Hut, what do you expect? The food is decent for Pizza Hut and the driver I had was super nice.

After my new years experience, I did call the next morning and spoke to a manager. She was apologetic and refunded the charge. Additionally, she sent a pizza and soda on the house to me.
I did ask why they closed early without notice and why was my online order pushed through, even though they were closed? Because it was New Years Eve and they wanted to make sure the staff made it home safely. Hmmm, how many people did they leave high and dry? I was satisfied with the result, but that still didn’t make up for my New Years gathering.

The new options are neat, but executed with Pizza Hut-​level competence so the net result is neutral-​to-​bad.
I tried a medium pizza with pepperoni and spinach, parmesan garlic sauce, hut favorite crust and buffalo drizzle.
When served, the pizza was basically wet and hard to eat. Classic Pizza Hut incredibly greasy pepperoni, along with buffalo sauce that looked ladled on as opposed to a ‘drizzle,’ contributed. The parmesan garlic sauce was not really saucy as much as it seemed like ricotta cheese.
The spinach was also not cooked at all, as if they stuck it on the pizza after it was done cooking. Not only is the texture of raw spinach pretty unappealing on a cooked pizza, but it’s incredibly hard to eat when it’s not ‘secured’ with the rest of the toppings.
I will say, after a night in the refrigerator to come together, it was decent. And the hut favorite crust was pretty good. But overall I feel these new options are just giving your typical Pizza Hut more and varied ways to screw it up.

I’m giving 4 stars for service! Ivelisse was amazing. Very informative and helpful! Showed us all the amazing new breadstick and pizza options! This girl deserves a raise!

I love Pizza Hut but not from here got the wrong pizza called back twice the picked up and hung up and my pizza was sloppy and soggy
