Randolph Cleaners

I was excited to get my dry cleaned clothes back. When I got my clothes back they all smelled like old wet clothes. I was disgusted and will never go back again. I went to another dry cleaners to have them cleaned again.

I was extremely disappointed in the service I received from Randolph Cleaners. Sandy, the owner, was sweet and full of smiles, but I paid her to dry clean my suit and two dress shirts, not to smile and nod.
I asked for my items to be dry cleaned (as I would not like the bright colors of the shirts to fade) and sadly one of my dress shirts is ruined beyond repair, and my suit had drips of an odd black substance on them. The total cost of the items she ruined was over $ 660, and I went in and asked her to do whatever she could to mend the situation. She gave me back the money I paid for her services, but now I am back to square one, with an un-​wearable suit and ruined dress shirts. In the end, I basically threw away over $ 660 by going to Randolph Cleaners. Very disappointing.

I needed alterations, consulted Unilocal,and tried Randolph cleaners. Staff is friendly and helpful and even though I had to model a size too big fuchsia bridesmaid dress in the Thompson Center, she worked quickly and offered options. $ 30 was extremely reasonable for a 2 inch cinch on the seams of a poly/​silk rousched dress. I will be going back the next time I am asked to wear a dress that just won’t fit.

I’ve taken coats, sweaters, shirts… the works to get cleaned here as well as pants to get hemmed, always a great job done. She’s very accommodating on when you will need your items back as well. The owner (?) is super nice, always greets you with a smile when you walk in the door. It’s convenient that the location is a couple of blocks from my job :)

When I worked downtown, this is where I would take all of my dry cleaning. Sandy, the owner, is very nice and would make really delicious dumplings for me, and was very nice to talk to. If I ever work downtown again I know where I will be taking my dry cleaning!

I love the service at Randolph Cleaners. I’ve only been once, but the lady at the counter was very sweet and friendly.
I took in one of my favorite dresses hoping to get rid of a few ugly stains and I was happy with the results.
The only drawback is that this place is tucked away in the Thompson Center.

This is my favorite cleaners in the city. Sandy (the owner) is fantastic and thorough and has really gone out of her way to do an excellent job on everything I’ve ever brought in — from simple dry cleaning to complicated alterations. Additionally, the same day service (in before 8:30 am) is cheaper than the regular multiple day service at really every other cleaners i know of. And I love a deal!
A great business!
