The service is relatively slow but if you are purchasing a new device what do you expect. Overall the store was pretty clean. There were plenty of models available on hand for individuals to test out. This T-mobile store even has their security guard available standing by watching. By the way the security guard was very nice and even greeted us upon entry. There is nothing spectacular about this location. The sales representatives appear to be pretty nice.

I had a really awful time at this T-Mobile location. I stopped into this T-Mobile because I dropped my cell phone and wanted to see what my options were.(How to file a claim, possibly get a new cell phone, etc.) The woman who was«assisting» me looked like she didn’t even want me in the store. It turned out that I needed to get my account set to an authorized user.(I’m on a family plan) But when I asked about the steps to take to get this set up, and what my options were to get my phone fixed, the sales associate just did not want to even engage with me and answer questions. All she could say was, «I can’t get past this screen, so I can’t help you.» I was only asking what my steps were, or what my options would look like. Who do I contact? What information would I need? Terrible customer service. She absolutely had a no f***s given attitude. A male associate did come up to us afterwards and seemed really friendly.
