Although i didn’t purchase the staff were friendly and showed me their best rates. One issue: parking was difficult because its next to a restaurant.

I thought everything was fine and dandy. I asked questions and was reassured by employees that the information I sought from them was correct when in fact only a few days was told by a T-Mobile Customer Care Rep over the phone that the information for the Switch without a Hitch given to me by the store associates and the manager was wrong… I regret going to this store and I regret switching to T-Mobile… This store has bad communication skills and does not return phone calls and very unprofessional… Don’t go to this T-Mobile location if you do decide to get their service… I’m not gonna go into detail but the issue they created is still on going and I’ve been with them for almost 2 months now.
