The Market By Foxtrot

I used Foxtrot for two deliveries in the last couple days and have nothing but great things to say. I ordered cookies and ice cream for a friend’s birthday when I was out of town and they were delivered in under 30 minutes (well under their promise to deliver within the hour) and everyone LOVED the products they carry. My friend actually texted me the next day and said she was going to get on the «foxtrot bandwagon» because the cookies were that good. My only regret is not being able to taste one myself. My second delivery was today for a gift I ordered for my fiancé. Foxtrot forgot to deliver within my requested window and when I sent an email about it, I received a phone call within minutes apologizing and promising to send my gift within the hour. Within 30 minutes (again), I had my package. Helpful hint: If you order alcohol, make sure you have your ID or the delivery person can’t hand it over to you. The products Foxtrot carries are a little pricey, but I don’t mind paying for quality and they run promotions when you sign up and through Gilt sometimes.
In short, the products are good, the customer service is great, and the delivery is timely. I’ll keep this app on my phone for sure.

Tried it for the 1^st time tonight. They have a great variety of sweet treats and basic party items and it was delivered in less than hour! I will definitely be using them again. Did I mention they included free brownies + milk!!!

This small business that just opened up on clybourn is amazing! It is a small convenience store perfect to get appetizers, ice cream or wine and beer. It is very upscale looking and the owners are so friendly and kind. The best part of Foxtrot is that it delivers– wine, beer, ice cream– you name it.
