Trio’s Pizza

Best local pizza — never disappointed. Pizza is always cooked to order and the gooey cheese is the best! Hands down the best pizza in the area. Have been going here since I was a child.

Since moving into the area a few months ago, we’ve been looking to find «our» pizza place — and I’m happy to say we found it with Trio’s! Delicious pizza with a great crust… we order the regular crust which is not too thin, not too thick. Goldilocks would approve. They also have little perks like collecting company coupons to get a free pizza. I’m not sure why, but that promotion always works on me. Makes me feel like I’m getting something special. After reading the other reviews, I’ll have to try the deep dish next!

This is my go to pizza delivery place. Friends come over and crave this pizza. They have a good special deal and give you a free cheese pizza and a pop. Delivery is always on time. Definitely recommend for delivery or take out.

Best pizza for sure. Trios is near by my house and have been ordering from Trios for a while now. I love the different choices of topping they have. My favorite is beef and hot peppers. I highly recommend it.

Even though I live in Chicago, I rarely order deep dish pizza. Trio’s has a really good deep dish. I’m glad the menu is very limited, because it allows them to focus on pizza. The Italian

Way to much cheese. I’m not looking for volume. I’m looking for quality. Sauce good. sausage good. Cheese to thick.

I love trios. My love and I have tried their thin crust and their stuffed pizza. Personally, I preferred the stuffed pizza. It was so good and the price was excellent. :) I think this is my new pizza place.
Only issue I had was that the spinach in my deep dish didn’t taste too fresh… :(which is a shame because their pizza is so good.
The service is usually on par, I had a small issue with one of the staff but they apologized and it’s no biggie because they deliver to me despite the fact I’m not in their vicinity.
This will always be my favorite pizza place, best stuffed pizza ever!

We just got back from Cancun on Saturday. Mind you, the non stop flight to O’Hare is less than four hours and we share the same time zone. Skip Sunday and I’ll tell you about my Monday.
I have no explanation for why my boyfriend woke up cranky and late in the afternoon craving a Stuffed Pizza on Memorial Day. I don’t know why he couldn’t get up and do it himself or thinks badgering me to hurry up and call no restaurant in particular for him would motivate me to work faster in nursing his jetlag and starvation. Yes, I’m being sarcastic!
The more impatient he became, the more belligerent and ridculous he went about his tyrade. It’s a holiday weekend and most people are out enjoying a barbecue-​except us. A more pertinent reason for my delay in assisting him is his forgetfulness that I don’t care for Stuffed, Pan, Hand Tossed and Deep Dish Pizza.
As much as I advocate supporting local businesses, I’m still learning about Harwood Heights and its surrounding areas. I couldn’t do it efficiently without the help of the Unilocal mobile app.
Unilocal members who take the time to write unbiased reviews get FUC’d for making it easy. I never would’ve found this place without them! Thank you, everyone!
For $ 26.20 + $ 5 tip, I ordered a Large Stuffed Cheese Pizza with fresh garlic, sliced tomatoes, spinach, pepperoni and sausage. It came to our front door in less than an hour. None of the restaurants I’ve been to, ordered from and written about their pizza can beat that price!
I’m never prepared for the weight of a Large Stuffed Pizza. «Oompf» is the noise I make; sometimes, I’ll do a dip or take a step backwards when the delivery person hands over the box.
One slice, one serving, is always enough for me. Any more than that and I encounter undesirable side effects: bloating, fatigue, gas, weight gain… all the reasons why I avoid eating slices thicker than thin.
Needless to say, that generous triangular slice I put on my plate was «mmm mmm» out loud fabulous. I even cut a second slice of Trio’s pizza in half because for once in my life, I wanted more! I could taste the difference in freshness of their ingredients.
There were a few slices left in the box for us to warm up and savor later. For him, it was within a couple hours. For me, my boyfriend saved me the half I cut so I could nuke it for breakfast.

This place has good pizza at good prices. I have had their deep dish and thin crust and they are both good tasting and the price is even better. Make sure you check out their coupons on their website.

Decided to try this spot out for the first time. I must say the thin crust was on point. Not overly saucy, great crispy crust and all around good flavor. I think I just found a new go to spot on the north side!!!

Growing up in Norwood Park, this was my family’s go-​to spot for deep dish pizza. Not thin crust.
They are better than all of the famous places known in Chicago for deep dish. I can’t stress how much I LOVE their deep dish pizza. Also, who doesn’t love a free 1-​liter of RC?! It washes down the pizza SO WELL!
Every time I go to visit my mother, I make it a point to get one of their pizzas.

WOW! Surprised again by the northwest side. Trios pizza was a pleasant surprise its right up there with Paternos except they deliver which is a huge plus. I may have to try a few other items off menu the based on the quality of the pizza. Lived in Vegas, AZ., and Texas in last few years and let me tell you places let this make it good to come home to the SHY BABY! pizza pizzza and I’m not talking about little Caesars either. Rogers Park be careful Northwest side is on the move.

The whole family orders from here. Visitors to our home always comment how tasty Trio’s pizzas are! Great delivery guys, too! Tip them well.

I have extremely fond feelings for Trio’s pizza. Growing up, my parents rarely let us order food for delivery– but whenever they’d feel especially loving, they’d order us a pizza from Trio’s. And it’s true, this thin crust isn’t standard thin crust, but that’s what makes it special. The crust is bready and a bit thicker, the sauce is a nice balance of sweet and tangy, and there’s a prominent layer of cheese with such great flavor. I’m not sure if it’s nostalgia or bias or what, but I love Trio’s pizza. If they closed down, I can honestly say I’d cry.

I have driven by this locations a few times and always wanted to try the pizza. There is no dining area it is strictly a carry-​out or delivery place. In fact there is barely room for 5 people in the waiting area.
The Pizza…
I thought the pizza was good. A couple of problems. The crust is a little thicker than most thin crust pizzas in Chicago. Also, it was a little skimpy on the sausage topping, though there was more than enough cheese.
I did like the sauce base. It had a nice sweet, yet not too sweet flavor.
I would have given it a better rating if they didn’t skimp on the sausage.
I may go back and try them again for something else.
