Ordered online to be ready at 3:15, when my boyfriend got there at 3:12 they hadn’t even started. Then of course a group of ppl come in. So he has to wait. Then he gets home and my 3 tacos looks like someone squeezed them land our order is wrong

Food is good… but what is going on with the music… snoop dog and the night club theme with tons of kids around. Where is the manager?

We come here to eat all the time. The staff is very friendly. Since we are vegetarian, they always remove their gloves when we ask them to fill our bowl. Great customer service and very clean place.

I usually frequent another location that I’m always happy with but visited this location out of convenience. I was completely satisfied by my dining experience. I was greeted right away, the young ladies behind the counter were very friendly, my steak bowl was delicious, and the place was clean. What more can you ask for? If there was any issues in the past, I think they’ve turned things around. I won’t hesitate to visit this location again.

The worst Chipotle i’ve ever been to. Poor service. The guy who made our orders were rushing and half yelling at us. «BROWNORWHITE??» «WHATKINDOFMEAT??» «MILD, MEDIUM??» He was messy and the whole prep area was too. Definitely not coming back to this location. Maybe i’d think twice if i dont see him.

I’m so disgusted with the quality of food. Compare this location to others and this is below average. Went in for a salad bowl. First of all all of their ingredients were out! No rice! No lemon! No salad dressing! No carnitas! Out of the choices left I got a steak bowl. The meat was stale and cold. My bowl www half filled. The chips were stale. I couldn’t even eat it! I had to toss it. Not worth the time I spent in line and what I paid.

I came here because I needed to grab something from Forever 21 which is right across the location! The line was ridiculous, I had to wait for at least 20 minutes. There were no seats left for me to eat there hence I decided to just make my order as take it go! I had to repeat myself twice to the girl who was helping me with my veggie bowl that I would like some extra corn. And she forgot to give me GUACAMOLE! I mean girl who goes to chipotle and doesn’t get guacamole?! When I asked her to add some she just threw it in with an attitude. When I got back to work and opened the lid a big chunk of guacamole was stuck to the lid — didn’t even bother to close it properly.

I just recently started eating Chipotle this year because its located across the street at The Shoppes at Chino Hills. Don’t get me wrong, I am all for Chipotle now BUT — it is true that this location is going down. I still think the quality of the food is pretty good but there are a couple issues that I’ve seen on a consistent basis. 1. The line. Yes, I understand Chipotle is kind of like In N Out where it’s hit or miss or can potentially be a nightmare line when you’re starving. The problem with this location is that some of the workers are slow — like hello, there’s a line out the door… can you move a little faster? Or how about stop talking to each other and talk to the customer. There have been moments where I’m waiting for them to stop talking to each other so they can ask me, «white or brown rice?» I also think that sometimes when it’s so chaotic their food line is causing more problems than good :(It just turns in to one big cluster of bowls and the employees are all squeezed together like someone is out of place… 2. Ordering online. So in order to prevent the line I started to order online. What sucks is that multiple times they forgot to follow special requests like«mild sauce in cup on side please» so I have to remind them they forgot something after I check my order. OR I have to remind them to make my order :(There have been multiple times where I’ve been there at the scheduled pick up and they haven’t even made my order. I’ve also noticed that the serving sizes are not the same when you order in person and online. I no longer use online ordering*** 3. Cleanliness. It is true that sometimes this place looks kinda run down. And by run down I mean like tables not wiped down, the drink area looks like it was hit by a tornado, no lemons, trash and crumbs on the floor. To me, cleanliness is kind of an indication of whats going on in the back *gross* I’ve never used the restrooms at this location. The thing that sucks is that this place gets so much foot traffic because of it’s location that someone probably needs to be sweeping through every couple mins… and I never see that. 4. Overall organization and putting customer service first at this location looks like that’s not really the priority. I’m not really sure whats going on at this location. I think that it might have a new store manager recently? because it wasn’t like this when I first started eating here. I never see a manager or identifiable leader on the floor and if they are out there, could’ve fooled me. That’s probably why this place has issues. I was just in here like three weeks ago around 7PM and I witnessed what looked like a manager meeting or associate meeting because there was a line of about 8 – 10 people and about 6 – 7 associates sitting at a table with one person leading the convo. Funny thing was that there was a cashier and two people behind the glass making orders. Customers sure looked pissed off about that and I don’t blame them. If you are having a meeting probably best not to do it during dinner hours, and holding it right at the front table where everyone can see you. I used to be a retail SM so I have some patience for working customer service. There are some employees here that are really nice and you can see them working hard when you go in. I don’t want to be a jerk and give it 1 star because lets be real, this is Chipotle, not a steak house. But, this is a great location and could probably be a lot better if someone stepped in. Hopefully their DM or RM reads reviews on this location and will decide to pop in soon to see why so many 1 – 3 star reviews. I’ll continue to go to this location for the convenience of location.

I eat at a lot of Chipotle locations. The steak was very tough here, unpleasantly so, and their serving stations(where they scoop your food) was very messy — and this at 4pm on a Friday

I asked for my usual«quesorito» you know(melted you know the lovechild of a quesadilla and a burrito. The girl was like«that’s gonna be 3.50 okay?» I said«what?!» Couldn’t believe my ears… No way they are gonna charge more than half the total cost extra to melt my cheese… I was besides myself. Chipotle done screwed up constantly raising prices to make richer share holders. $ 1.95 for a gob of guacamole ?! You crazy?!! Um no. The place is filthy. Food all on the floor but the bathroom was disgusting. Like it hasn’t been cleaned in months… No soap!!! Toilet was nasty! Total disappointment. What a shame. No longer am I a fan guys You lost me.

I order online since I don’t have a long lunch break and the lines can get ridiculous. But this is the third time in a row I’ve come to pick up my order I have placed 30 or more minutes ago and my food wasn’t even ready! I have to wait about 15 minutes for them to finally make my food and give it to me and it cuts into my 45 minute lunch break. Pretty annoying. Especially when they specifically ask you online what time you want to pick up your order. And it’s still not ready! People online order so they don’t have to wait. But… I gave 3 stars instead of 1 because they made me a fat burrito and they usually skimp but I’ll give them that

Located in a shopping center area, there are better options. I love Chipotle and its convenience. However, upon arriving to this location, I was a little overwhelmed by the structure of the service line. It was a little chaotic and the prep area was messy. As I ordered my food and they started working, each time my plate of salad was handed off to the next person, I see the plate was piled like a stereotypical school cafeteria lady would do, everything was plopped with a few pieces flying on the counter and floor. I was not expecting a 5-star presentation but at least make it appetizing and clean. It was definitely a turn-off. When I got to the cashier, all I can think of was how i could have made a better lunch at home cost almost $ 10 for Chipotle to make.

I love Chipotle just like the 18 people in line in front of me and the 18 people line behind me. The food always tastes great, and it is typically healthy unless you ask the employee to make a pile of sour cream and cheese on top of your concoction. The *700 calories listed on the menu is definitely 700 calories without any unhealthy additions. I respect Chipotle for being the only fastfood chain ever to sell beer — even though the beer is all Mexican. Why the 4 stars? Because of my first sentence. Nobody enjoys waiting in line for 15 to 20 minutes, and it’s like this in EVERY Chipotle you go into, so congrats for being successful but still. The employees are efficient as they work in an assembly line(and they do work hard) but the company needs to be MORE efficient. Hire more employees for the food assembly line.

This place is getting worse each time I stop by to eat. We love the food here(that’s for the two stars) but I rather travel to another city then support the employees who work here! The WORST customer service! They are constantly talking to each other and had to ask my son 4times what kind of rice he wanted. The cooks don’t wear hair nets and I wish they wore some gloves after watching one cook sampling the meat! What the heck! Go on your break if your hungry. The tables are never clean as I have to constantly wipe off a table to sit down. They also have become so stingy with the amount of food they put in your bowls and when ordering guacamole and chips I wish they would fill up the container all the way and provide more than a handful of chips when paying $ 4! A manger needs to get on this immediately! Parents out there need to teach their kids to take their jobs seriously! Customer service is necessary in all types of jobs!

It just keeps getting worse! Slow, inexperienced staff is a direct reflection on management. Chino Hills, we need to demand better. Today, the half made bowls sit for 5mins before produce is started. While waiting, the cheese runs out completely, so now we are at a good 8 mins. Extremely annoyed, but my kids are hungry, so I hang in. Once bowls are finally made, we get to cashier to learn chips are also completely out, eta 15mins. So, I pay for cold food and no chips. Why do I keep patronizing this place, expecting a different result? 2nd request for management to make much needed changes. Hello Ms. Stephens, General Manager, this location needs your attention! Fyi, food safety complaints should be directed to San Bernardino County Department of Public Health and safety,(800) 442‑2283.

Service here was upsetting. I asked for a Salad bowl. The lettuce was already old, he didn’t bother to get new lettuce and he gave me a small handful. The chicken was also running low and he gave me a unusual small amount of chicken. It was already old there and when I ate it it was more skin than chicken. The other lettuce they gave me was also old. I was in a rush so I didn’t want to make a big deal about it but when I was eating it is just upsetting.

Chipotle, the best fake Mexican food you’ll ever attempt. Personally, it makes no sense why Subway costs $ 5. But if you use a tortilla and call it Chipotle, it’s $ 7.50. wut? Technically, it’s $ 3.75 because I got a special Sofritas deal. Dude, the tofu does not replace meat. You poor vegans, you get some mushy substitute meat. I’m gonna go back and get some carne asada. Bam.

This is our frequent visit store, out of convenience, however the services here might be the worst among all the chipotle I’ve been to — and i am a once a month at least chipotle go-er! First time, there was no chipotle flavor Tabasco at sight so I went to the girl at the cashier and asked for it, she said ‘oh I will have to go to the back and get it for you, I’ll bring it over to your table!’ 30 mins passed, we finished our meals, I turned over to look at her a couple times. Nothing. Today was the buy a sofritas meal and get a burrito free tomorrow deal day, yeah it was packed but they did have extra staff there. We had one sofritas bowl and one chicken bowl. I think we literally got 10 pieces of chicken in the bowl. Seriously. The guy did two scoops, but the second scoop was EMPTY. Then he looked away. I waited for 10 seconds when he looked back my way and asked if we could get a little more chicken, he did, literally two scoops with ONEPIECEEACH. Then he looked away. The guacamole girl did the same thing. One full scoop and then dump half back into the tin. Our bowls looked so sad that you could see the bottom.(the pic may look nice because i just take good pictures). I understand maybe you are trying to save the cost? But this is a national campaign. This was just ridiculous. A new store opened up closeby, just right on Central, clean, nice staff, go there people!

I have noticed something about this Chipotle that stands from the rest of the other Chipotles that I have been to, they really give you small portions of meat. The past few times I have came here, I assumed it was by accident when they would give me such small portions of meat. I usually order the bowls and I get excited every time they pile my bowl up with the rice and beans, giving me hope they would do the same when it came to the meat portion… they have killed my hopes every time so far. The final draw was my last visit. As the worker teased me as she piled huge portions of rice and beans into my bowl, she gave me hope and made me think to myself, «today is the day… today is the day I will finally have enough meat to eat with my rice and beans!!!» then suddenly… disappointment. As I watched her pour that tiny scoop of meat into my bowl, I still had hope and thought«maybe, she’ll go back for a second scoop… maybe just a tiny little scoop…» nothing. She smiled as if she enjoyed watching a little piece of me die inside and said«what kind of salsa would you like?» I swore to my self that day, I will never go back here again… unless my gf is hungry and is craving it, but I wont enjoy it.
