I spent over 1000.00 here a year or two ago and regret it. the lady in the front who is either indian or mexican not sure is SUCH a rude B everytime i go in there to tighten my glasses. I dont know why they have her up there. She needs to get fired she gives the place such a bad vibe. I would go else where if your paying high prices like that. At least youd get good service to go with it. Cunt.

This is my favorite optometrist. Today a pair of prescription glasses I did not purchase from here were broken. They repaired for free. I have purchased glasses here before and they have a wonderful selection and great customer service. I’ll be back! Thanks so much California Vision.

Came in for an appointment back in May. The front desk was very welcoming and professional. I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Chen I had my annual exam and was fitted for contact lenses. Dr. Chen was very nice and she answered all my questions. Once my exam was over Dr. Chen had the front desk give me a pair of lenses to try on and before I left she made sure nothing was irritating me and that the lenses fit well. My insurance didn’t cover my contact exam so I had to pay the difference which was about 55 $ for my situation. The front office let me know before I went in to get fitted and I was well aware of that as well before I went into my appointment, so that was not an issue for me. Very satisfied with their office. I will be coming back next year. :)

Everyone here seemed nice but when I went to pay they told me that my insurance didn’t cover an eye exam for contacts, only a normal examination. I paid the hundred or so dollars then went to another VSP optometrist center who informed me these guys were full of bologna. The other optometrist center gladly took my insurance for a contact eye exam. I don’t know if it was an honest mistake or if these guys were trying to swindle me for $ 100.

I’ve known Dr Cheung for many years now. He’s a man of integrity with supreme optometric/​medical skills. We practiced together for a couple of years and during those years I learned many things from him even though I was well trained before meeting him. besides his clinical expertise he has great manners and a down to earth personality, which makes him a rare breed. I would not hesitate if you’re considering seeing him for your eyecare needs.
