Dearden’s

This is my second purchase at this store and let me tell you is a disaster, they don’t know what it’s going on between the entire company, it has been a week since ordering and until today I get notified that my credit line was approved and items will be delivered tomorrow in hour later I get another call saying will get delivered on Sunday, not to said that even before getting my bed and sofa they have my payment in advance. Unsatisfied customer and sure they don’t care, reason why the competition get more business and have more to offer, meantime my kids sleeping on the floor thanks!.

Driven by here for years and never had a clue what they sold. Now I know.

Came to purchase a mattress set «they ran my credit left a down payment. It’s been 5 days later and they are still verifying my employment history. They have bad service !
Never going back !! I would stay away from this place
Going back for my money!

Both me and my boyfriend have bought bedroom sets from here and we were ready to purchase a new one until the guy Alejandro pissed my bf off he made a comment like who was gonna watch my son which was about a foot away from me sorry asshole

So I go into the furniture store because I’m wanting to check out some stuff and the lady was answering my questions watching the novelas at the same time

I have been doing buisness with this company since 2001. I was sold a stolen X box 360 at their El Monte branch. I wrote a review for that store regarding that inccident.
I had no problems with the store in chino until recently (past 3 visits). Today I walked into the store looking to buy a digital camera. When my wife was asked what we were looking for she stated she wanted a digital camera with 16 mega pixles and a video recording feature. The sales person stated that they only sold digital cameras and video cameras. She stated that the digital cameras did not have a video recording feature and proceeded to try to sell her a videorecorder. I asked to see the digital cameras. Using the store merchandise I illustrated to her that all digital cameras have a videorecording feature. She seemed embarrassed and a little upset, but I assured her that it was okay (I was not upset). I then asked for a camera with 16 megapixles and she had trouble locating one. I picked up a random Canon camera and showed her where that information could be found. She tried to sell me a very expensive canon camera for 300+ dollers. I did not like that camera and opted for the 16 megapixle canon powershot sx170. The price was close to 300 dollers. I instantly looked the camera up online and found that it is worth 149– 170 dollers. As I was about to speak, the sales person snatched the camera out of my wifes hand and placed it into the display case. She told us that the store was going to close at 6pm but we had just got there and the time was about 5:15pm. We could take a hint, so we left.
I am never going to do buisness with this company ever again. I have perfect store credit and I used to strongly recommend this store. Now I do not recommend this company for anyone. They sell stolen goods and their sales persons are ignorant when it comes to products.
Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

She goes out of her way to make sure we are accommodated and will always let us know of upcoming promotions that will save us money on our purchases.
