They get 2 stars because the pizza is good, however the customer service Sucks! That is too bad that because of an employee the whole experience can make a consumer never return and give a bad review. This place looks cool with an arcade and plenty of seating and TV’a to watch games but I hope the get rid of that Girl too bad her name is not on my receipt!!!

This Pizza place has fantastic food, but most of all they have great customer service. Everyone I have spoke to over the phone is very pleasant. A few times things got messed up on the order and they fixed it right away. Thank you for the great service and food

Delivery driver in the Toyota Corolla was super cool, I’d definitely want to hang out w him if the chance came. If I order another pizza from round table it’ll be because of how cool this delivery driver was.

I expected them to be busy on a Friday, but I didn’t expect them to tell me my order would take 20 minutes and then for it to take an hour (or more — still waiting). I’m glad to see a local business doing well, but I would have cancelled my order and gone somewhere else if I knew they were too busy for my business.

Shocking! — just received a email today with a coupon for a XL specialty pizza for $ 17.99 — called to place an order and they would not except their own coupon– their address and name. Employee stated that he would have to charge me $ 19.99 because «that was the price in their computer» even thou I have a coupon «They sent to me» — I told him I will spend my money elsewhere then. He had no problem letting a $ 40 to $ 50 sale go over a $ 2 dollar coupon difference– talk about «bait and switch» — good pizza but VERY POOR MANAGEMENT

I should have taken the reviews about this place seriously. I would never go back. I ordered a medium pepperoni online and they did not get my order will 5 mins before pickup. Ok I wait for it. Come to find out when I get home the pizza has no sauce! Who the hell makes a pizza with no sauce???

My $ 30 vegetarian pizza was covered in ham. Reciept in hand but no refund. Picked up a vegetarian pizza for my vegetarian wife and her vegetarian friends, inexplicably including ham I’m charged for but didn’t order.

Place is nice for kids. Was here for my cousins pizza party. It’s pricey to me for pizza. 17.99 for a one topping pizza. It’s good pizza but I don’t think it’s worth the price. Their wings are pricey as well, but they tasted great.

I have been hear a few times and so far amazing. The pizza is amazing and the cinnamon sticks are to die for. The staff is quick and very nice. Definitely try the King Arthur, the staff recommended it. Great choice. I will be returning, also grab some ranch there very creamy.

I love Round Table pizza. It’s fresh and amazing.
However, I find the staff to be rude. Young high school kids who have never been shown the value of customer service.
We are repeat customers, at least once a week.
Yet our order is always wrong. The staff is usually hanging out chatting away. Maybe that’s why my order is always wrong. Is it too much to ask of I pay $ 35.00 for pizza that be what I ordered ?
I wish the owner would spend some time in the location and correct some of the issues.
Bummer because I really enjoy the food !

It’s been over 30 years since I’ve had a round tale pizza and I didn’t know what to expect.
For being a Friday night, they picked up the order on the first ring, took the order without rushing me and had it ready for pick up in twenty minutes. When I brought it home my parents joked about picking different sized slices but then noticed — you guys actually cut it right. The toppings were fresh and the crust was perfect. The sauce wasn’t too sweet nor too bland. Round table in chino has become the new family favorite, before last night we could never all agree on whose pizza to order, but now we have a place we can all agree on.
We couldn’t wait to be hungry again just to eat some more. And even reheated it was still yum.

I usually come when it’s empty. The employees are very friendly. I have only ordered personalized pizza from here and garlic bread and I have to say it’s great. Never had a problem. The wait does take a while but what do you expect pizza usually takes about 15 minutes to cook.

Round Table reminds me of a local pizza place and not a chain pizza place.
This place is great for large groups and children with a large back room and lots of games.
They have loads of TVs to watch local sports. The back room has a giant wide screen TV.
It has the local pizza joint feel. The managers and the kids behind the bar are young and therefore you can expect a certain level of service they can provide. Overall I enjoy the different pizza combinations they have. The white sauce chicken pizza is yummy.
