Burger King

Great service and fast food aren’t two things you usually see in the same sentence, but gosh darn does this place deliver. First with their wonderful customer service and greetings, to their patience in waiting for me to order my food because I was pretty indecisive in what I wanted to order. All around great service and a big plus, my food was brought out to me hot and fast. Thanks for the wonderful service.

Walked in. Stood right in front of the register. At one point had 3 employees in front of me doing whatever. Messing with the registers. Literally 3 employees in front of me. Like 3 feet away and facing me, but never looking at me like I was invisible. Not one person said «hi» or «one moment please». I put my arms up in shock and turned and walked away. Still, no word. I guess they didn’t want my business.

One star because that’s the lowest. Don’t come here! Literally waited almost more than 5 min to be helped at the drive thru! And the food tasted like it was all made early this morning. The girl at the drive thru with the pink hair doesn’t know how to listen. She told us there weren’t any napkins or sauce in our bag and if we wanted any??? Aren’t napkins and sauce automatically suppose to go in the bag? I use to work in fast food. I know the drill. This store needs to retrain their employees. And make their food like they care. Never coming back here. First and last time coming here

The customer service there sucks. There was absolutely no toilet paper in the women’s bathroom. There was no light colored soda available in the soda machine. The short haired lady getting the orders ready kept giving us dirty looks. And there were no coupons available. If I ever come here again it’ll just be through the drive through. This place is so ill well kept.

Horrible. I walk in with my daughter and there are two kids leaning their butts against the counter laughing at whatever is playing on their phones. She had to go to the bathroom and there was no toilet paper or seat covers. We walked out and they were still in their phones. Please retrain or restaff. This is ridiculous. You’d think after all your bad reviews someone would have some common sense to do something about it.

They know it’s breakfast rush hour, 7:49am ⁰⁷⁄₂₁. But it took them 3 mins to get to the window to take my order. Took 8 mins to get to the window for who knows why they are taking forever to complete the order for the TWO yes only TWO cars in front of me. Then in front of the window I see why– chatting… I see them just now putting the hashbrowns in the oil, slowly getting the coffee. I grabbed the bag to make it to work just around the corner. the breakfast burrito was a disgusting mess! the girl poured the oil dripping hashbrown on bag, the burrito wrap Is open. I called their number and guess what it does not work. forget the survey too– all they do is apologize, no offers to refund. don’t go this place. I hear coworkers being told they don’t have buns or bread, or no meat or no cup. what is wrong with this place’

This is a great unit: the people are friendly, the place is clean and the food hot and tasty. With the recent decline of the nearby Carl’s Jr, I will be spending more of my time — and money — here.

Was gonna go through the drive thru this morning to get 2 coffees but the line was really long so opted to go inside. There was 1 guy waiting to have his order taken and then myself and 2 guys walked in after me about 2 mins later. Not sure how long the guy in front of me was waiting but I waited 6 mins without the young girl ever acknowledging us. She just kept taking orders from the drive through and making sure they got thier order. One car after the other. Never once did she make eye contact with us. I had to yell out «Helloooooo» and her response was «Helllooooo» as to mock me. I then said you have customers waiting to order over here too! She replies «the drive through customers have priority» I waited about 2 more minutes and then asked her name «Adriana, she replied. I then drove to Carl’s Jr. and gave them my business. I can understand being busy, and understaffed but you need to find the balance between customers and have a professional approach if your gonna be working in the public. I hope she has better plans for herself because she seems miserable working at burger king… or maybe that’s all that will hire her. Either way, I won’t be back. Something tells me though that Burger King isn’t too worried about it. I placed a call to corporate and the customer service there is not that impressive.

The drive though is horrible they never get my orders right or they only give me half of the order. The inside REALLY needs to be updated and the bathrooms are never clean.

Been in the drive thru for 10 mins already took my order with 3 cars still Infront of me. What is this?
Super expensive. $ 8.31 for a small whopper combo. What in the world?

This Burger King location is really awful. Every single order I have ever placed at this location has been wrong in some way or another. Either they left items out or prepared them not as requested. I really wanted this location to be good because they have the Coca-​Cola machine with a million flavors, but not even that can keep me coming here.
Although Burger King isn’t one of my favorite fast food places, it would be nice to have another one nearby to fall back on since this one is lacking in so many areas, but it looks like all we have near us in Otay Ranch/​Eastlake is this one. If this location could pull itself together and get their heads out of their rear ends, I’d certainly patronize it more than once a year when I forget how bad they did the previous year.

Stood at the counter for a good 5 minutes and not a single word from the employee making ice cream. A simple I be with you in a minute would of been nice. Then a manager came to the front and didn’t say nothing walk right past us. Finally employee said he be with us in a few but by then I was ready to leave. The place was dirty. The food was sloppy and the fries not even hot. I’m not really liking being back in the states. Customer service is non existence!!!

I’m giving this place one star because every time I order something they take more than 10 minutes to make it. Today I went and ordered two cheeseburgers and they took exactly 15 minutes. I went up to the manager and asked her if she could make my order to go because it was taking to long and she told me «what order.» I told her I had ordered two cheeseburgers and she checked on the computer to see if there was any history of my order. After that, she told the cook too make two cheeseburgers and she put fries in the bag that I did not order. While I was sitting down waiting for my food, I noticed that they give the drive thru customers their food before the customers that actually get out their car to eat. For every three drive thru customers, one inside customer was given their order. So if you plan on eating here, I suggest you go through the drive thru.

Not the best Burger King around, that’s for sure. The food is really inconsistent. Sometimes fresh, other times meat patties that are hard and almost inedible. So, food is a gamble. Service is really the same thing. There’s one lady in there who is super nice and friendly. Others who work there who are completely miserable. When I am craving BK I come here and hope for the best.

If I’m running late out of work and need to put gas at costco which is literally next door, I’ll have dinner here lol Chicken nuggets for a dollars taste just like McDonald if not better. I like their whopper and breakfast croissant. I also like their ice cream brownie sundae. Good cheap and fast. :)

This burger king is bad mmkay… kept standing like an idiot and nobody would approach me… burger was burnt. …anyways this bk has the worst customer service ever

The staff was friendly and got our order correct, even though we went through the drive-​thru, which is a rarity. I appreciated the speed of the food, and I loved that when I ordered raspberry Sprite, the server wasn’t phased. I loved their chicken strips and my husband loved their Triple Whopper.
I also love the high-​end look. It puts the rest of the houses and restaurants around it to shame.

good food in a hurry, but sometimes the service is not as expected. Sometimes they’re not very friendly and mess up the orders. They have a new computer system, so hopefully it will improve

I sometimes feel bad for mainstream fast food restaurants, as it’s really difficult for them the get a decent review out of the Unilocal Community. Come on guys, it is what it is! Most of us are Foodies, yet we still break down and need a drive thru every once in a while. Honestly, what are you expecting from a $ 6 meal?
A drive thru is what a drive thru is. If the driver of the car in front of me has 6 kids and can’t manage to get his order placed in less than 5 minutes, that’s not the fault of the wonderful Burger King employees!
I try to go in with controlled expectations. I’m about to order a Whopper. They guy making it is also responsible for making french fries and shakes. Hell, he’s doing the job of 3 employees. Sometimes there’s not enough lettuce or the cheese is off center, but that’s ok, I probably won’t even notice as I take my first bite while still in the drive thru line.
The bottom line is, as bad as this food is for us, we keep coming back. Today, my Whopper earned 4 stars!!!

Went to grab a bite to eat before the movies today. I had the Alaskan fish sandwich and a chicken sandwich for $ 5.00 They were both actually pretty good. I have not been to BK in YEARS. The service was pretty good and the place is clean. I would go back
