Jack in the Box

I bought some food for my brother and it was cold and just thrown together. To top it all off, there was a strand of hair in his taco. Once I told the manager what the problem was, one of the employees suddenly began to put her hair up in a bun. Talk about nasty. Starting to not want to go to that place

I have to say, I love jack in the box. How ever this location is horrible in customer service. I work late night shifts and this being the most convenient location I would stop here quit often. Ever time they were closed. Including tonight. I never leave reviews however it has gotten a bit ridiculous. I ask for a manger or someone I can contact about the issue and get no response… Smh! That is ridiculous. If you do not want to work you should stay home and let someone who wants to work take your job. I asked what I could order and was told «nothing «.“why are you open then ! Waste of time! Don’t waste you time they are not 24 hours.

Not dine in friendly, it’s packed with homeless people loitering in the sitting area.

This is for the management she is well mannered and corrects her employees that seem to do what ever they want. 0 for the cook who make my food that doesn’t understand the procedures for a specific burger. But I thank her for reminding them! I’m a picky eater but I specified how I want my food

You know it’s bad when you know a place always serves the food cold so you get into a habit of asking for things well done. I only do this because I hope my food will come out somewhat warm. But it gets worse when your food is still cold, and burned! I definitely didn’t enjoy my burned chicken sandwich today. #178 443
And that doesn’t include the fact that I had to drive back and get off the car to get the drink they forgot to give me.
No good.

Kind of a mad house at this location, so I try stay clear of dinning in, but today happens to be one of those «I don’t want to eat in my car moments». Not the cleanest Jack I been to, and don’t even bother coming here after 2pm, because that’s when the high schoolers take over. Service is what ever, and the food again the same. Seems better at better locations as well.

I love jack in the box it never fails to come here. but dam lately this one on Kst be missing stuff in my order even after they repeat it to me​.smh​.so tonight after i got my food in drive thru befor i left parking lot i checked my food and what do u kno they for got my fries. and the lady in white shirt i belive is manager she was a bitch about it but gave me my fries but she jus threw them in the bag and didnt say nothing. didnt get a name but she was really rude bout their own mistake.

Terrible. Sour dough Jack was terrible, poorly put together and tasted just as much as the effort it took to create. Terrible. Didn’t enjoy my chow one bit. My mango tea, not sweet. Customer service good but food left much to be desired (for my stomach that is). Will put this location on the ‘Avoid in the near future’ list. :(

Best jack in the box

I only have coffee there but it is the best coffee around. Much better than mcdonalds! Take that Ronald ! The girls are cute– crystal and pamala. I to miss the other cutie but she isn’t there anymore. Yes, there are some «gamey» people there, punks, bums and local rif-​raff but that only adds to the flavor. My friend Mac passed away, they say he had 2.5 million in the bank. We will miss him. It is a local landmark and is history in Chula Vista. They do have fast service.

This is an old review, from a few months ago, but I had a basic craving for fries. We all get them every now and then, for something.
I caved in and went to the closest location, and this was it. It seemed like a good idea at the time. I ordered a large fry. Nothing else. How hard could it be, right? Talk into the box pay the person at the window and get the food. Easy.
We all know what fries are, from a fast food place. Crispy, golden, salty and a quick fix for your craving, right? NOT: Limp, stale and old. That’s what I got after waiting for 8 minutes in line. Looking back and seeing a long line to get it fixed I just went to the net closest fast food venue, which did it correctly, thank you very much!
It just wasn’t worth the trouble of having to wait and complain with the person behind the counter when they didn’t care enough the first time.

Stay away from this Jack in the Box. Food is fine, like all the others, and service is OK, but the customers are shady here. Lots of homeless hanging around and I’ve even witnessed a gang fight here.
