Pizza Hut

I been here an handful of times and haven’t have anything but a good experience. When calling in, the staff has been helpful and professional. The only problem I had was that the pizza wasn’t ready at the time promised. Ended up waiting just and additional 10 min but that’s about it. Other than that, the service has been decent as well as the pizza.

If I can give no stars I would. They got almost everything on my order wrong and the manager said he would credit my account. I went to order and magically no credit. So basically they lied to me that day and now won’t honor their word. I will never order from here again. If u want incorrect orders and doughy pizza than this is the place for u

Excellent customer service. This establishment is clean, the staff is friendly and the pizza is of high quality. They have plenty of sodas for you to drink as well. Pepsi products. I highly recommend this pizza joint.

Never delivered my pizzas and desert. When I spoke with management to find out why… he said «because I didn’t answer my phone». no apology or care that they ruined the birthday celebration. And to make me feel better about not delivering my pizzas he went on to tell me «they sold them to someone else».

Had this Pizza Hut twice so far. The first time was very skimpy on the toppings. The second was a lot better. Both times did delivery and they were at the time given in the email confirmation.

How does a Pizza Hut run out of medium pan pizza? With pizza in their name you would assume they never run out pizza. I was relying on Pizza Hut to fulfill my starving stomach, but after filling out my entire order and credit card information on their website they have the nerve to tell me and my growling stomach that they ran out of medium pan pizza? Does this corporate empire rely on specific profits from each type of pizza that they can’t turn a large pan pizza into a medium one? Do they not train their employees on what to do when they run out of a certain type of crust ?! Why why why I ask myself this as I lay in bed, lazy and hopeless in Pizza Hut. The funniest part was when the other Pizza Hut up the street can’t even deliver in my area because it’s not they’re jurisdiction when they are both 10 minutes away from I. I’m devastated and have lost all respect and loyalty to Pizza Hut. Good bye Pizza Hut, till never.

No matter whether I place my order online or I place my order on the phone, this location SCREWS up the order.

My boyfriend and I ordered two pizzas and some quepapas a week ago and our order came fast and hot. Happy customer. I use to work at this location so I know how busy it gets on the weekend but for ordering on a Friday night we received good service.

I really didn’t want to drive so I ordered one pizza and bread sticks for delivery so I called to confirm the order was placed. They tell me it will take at least one hour so I decided to pick it up, once there it took about 20 minutes for them to give me the pizza (it was cold), bread sticks dry and burnt, I should had opened the box there. And since I picked up the pizza they gave me extra bread sticks since they charged me for the delivery (which I appreciate) but honestly it’s not my interest ordering from here again.

This Pizza Hut is a hit-​or-​miss. Most of the time it’s decent but when they «miss» they miss bad. Last time it took three times as long to get here than they said, it was as cold as something sitting out overnight and they forgot the sauce with the breadsticks.
The plus is the newer ordering system on the website. Very easy to use and make use of the deals.
Basically, it’s your call if you want to risk *possibly* having some cold pizza. Check your order before you give them a tip!

Was in the area shopping at Walmart and wanted to grab some quick pizza to go. Walked in and asked if they had any specials and guy behind the counter told me about the current deals! Was very helpful and was very polite and asked how my day was going. Pizza was good and hot and would come back again for a quick food run!

Always order online for my father who doesn’t speak English very well (and I do not live at home anymore) and never had any complaints from him. Pizzas are always delicious and delivered on time and when I had a special request, the manager gladly accommodated me! Thanks!

This is our pizza delivery place in our area.
Delivery times are pretty consistent and adhered to.
Delivery staff are very friendly and courteous.
Too often, pizza arrives cold though — what a drag this is. I have complained but still inconsistent.
Some of their recent upgrades to the pizza quality has helped (crust, drizzle, new toppings), but they don’t help a cold dry pizza.
2.5 stars overall — good solid delivery gives them the extra ½ star.

Convenient location, pizza is usually always on point. Delivery is always on time from the times I ordered.
Have ordered from here a few times these last couple years.

Waiting in line for someone to tend to us??? 5 customers waiting while more kept entering but no customer service??? Now how the HELL does that happen in a small little hut? Maybe you guys need to invest in a bell for us to ring! Or stop eating in the back! Unacceptable service by far!!! By the time employees came to the front… The line was out the door! Oh, just a reminder. When you tend to customers after coming from the back, please WIPE the evidence off of your face that you been snacking! HORRIBLE! Just horrible! Oh, to top it all off I ordered 16 piece medium chicken wings bone in but ended up getting chicken tenders? What the HELL!

It seems like every time I come here something is wrong with the pizza. BUT my kids love stuffed crust so I keep giving them another try. Tonight was the last try! I ordered a bbq stuffed crust. There was so much bbq on the top, it was gross looking! I told the guy it looked like it had no cheese on it. Scraped and showed him. He said honestly there was and I could wait for another to be made. I don’t have time to wait, that is why I ordered ahead. When they made the pizza they should have noticed and they especially should have noticed when they took it out. I guess that is why there was so much bbq sauce on it, to hide the fact there was no cheese!

We use this Pizza Hut often for delivery. The pizza always arrives on time (or a few minutes early), our order is always correct, and the drivers are friendly and courteous!

I ordered for delivery from this location last night. My cousin and I had a movie night and didn’t feel like driving.
We ordered online, and it was pretty quick. Their online site is very user-​friendly, not at all difficult to navigate. They advertise their specials online (awesome) and you can also search google for coupon codes. I would recommend signing up for their text program, they will text you about once a week with a new special and the coupon code for it.
Anyhow, we ordered a large stuffed crust pizza with pineapple for 10 bucks with a coupon code. Pretty awesome if you ask me. The pizza was delivered right on time according to the little countdown clock that appears after you checkout online.
Our delivery driver was great and quick. The pizza tasted good, however we ordered «light sauce» and it seemed like we got «no sauce».
Other than that, this place is pretty good for delivery :) I recommend you order online and use a coupon code!

I never like to write a review based on the franchise as a whole, I feel like it’s unfair to the establishment and it’s employees. So this review will reflect on this particular Pizza Hut.
I’m not really a huge fan of Pizza Hut, but this particular day we decided to get a close pizza joint that delivered to deliver to us. I ordered online to try and find a coupon and was told 22 minutes. It was early afternoon but even as a former pizza delivery driver, 22 minutes shocked me. Sure enough, our pizza came in at 16 minutes. Still hot and fresh, the pizza was great.

After a mishap with the online ordering service, I called to make sure that our order for delivery was received. Ruth answered the phone and was initially very polite upon her hello. It went downhill from there. Speaking as someone who was employed in customer service for 9 years, I know how easy it is to keep an even tone, better that, a cheerful tone when speaking with potential customers. Clearly that is not the case at this establishment. When questioning if she could change our order to delivery, she immediately became indignant and kept repeating what I said to her. I don’t appreciate spending my hard earned money at establishments that cannot train their associates to handle customers with care. I cancelled my order and definitely won’t be frequenting this place in the future.
