I was dreading to have my last two wisdom teeth removed because of the traumatic experience I had with at my last dentist. Dr. Mowry was so gentle, calm and speedy, I would definitely recommend him to friends and family!

I was referred to Dr. Mowry by my dentist for checking a rough patch on my palette. I had a small piece removed for biopsy and a follow-​up appointment. All good things! The office staff is professional, and efficient, and friendly (you can’t have too much of that when you go in for dental work!), and for both appointments I went in right at the scheduled time. Their location is super convenient. But most importantly, Dr. Mowry is super skilled, a good listener to my concerns and worries, and very clear as he explained what he needed to do. I am completely happy with the doctor and his entire staff.
Sadly, I think the review below, was a result of miscommunication, and a negative attitude associated with her needs. I have got to think that was a complete anomaly for this wonderful business.

I came in for a tooth extraction in conjunction with my orthodontic treatment plan. I originally had the extraction scheduled with my family dentist, but due to the angle of the tooth and the length of the root, I was referred to Dr. Mowry’s office. I was skeptical at first due to that negative review, but my Orthodontist recommended him as well and I was confident I’d be in good hands.
Dr. Mowry and his staff are awesome! He gave great explanation of what was to be expected before and post-​procedure, and even respected my desire for no meds and offered a topical tube gel called Sock It! for $ 25. I don’t recommend getting that by the way lol… didn’t work as well as I had thought it would.
I honestly think the best recovery tip is a juice diet post surgery, and countless warm saltwater rinses.
They are located in the parking lot to the right of the cul-​de-​sac passed Regal Cinemas.

When we made out appointment through my normal dentist, for an extraction WITH SEDATION (as we said 3 separate times), and having to wait in excess of 2 weeks; go in for the appointment and leave still in pain. No they wouldn’t do the work.
I left furious when the wouldn’t do the work. I am in pain. We did our due diligence and let the office know — like I said 3 separate times — that I had to have sedation. Local anesthesia has never worked: not on dental work nor even labor and delivery.
I really would not recommend them; their office staff has a «superior than thou» type of attitude and the doctor was more concerned about his vacation than his patients.
I am also letting my dentist know. If you have any nerves or need any special care, do not see Dr Mowry.

Today I took my Mommy to get an abscessed tooth removed. She was so nervous and was actually having an anxiety attack. When she arrived she let them know how she felt. There was a girl that came out of the back that made her feel great! They said «No, I can not go with her into the room» but she said she would sing to her as long as she understood it was not a duo! That was pretty funny! I am going to posts pictures and I am glad no one knows who she is. I will still post them. This Oral Surgeon office was amazing! Please make sure that you come here if you need to have this service done! I love the way they treated her! The place is clean including their bathroom!
Ps: THEY CALLED MOMMA AT ABOUT 5:30 PM TO SEE HOW SHE WAS DOING! That is great customer service !!!
