Buffalo Wild Wings

I came to Buffalo Wild Wings on a Sunday night. I always walk by this location and it smells so good! I’ve gotten take out here before (also on a weekend), and I waited awhile, but my experience was fine that time. On this occasion, our server came to try to take our order about 5 times in the first 6 minutes we were seated. but then didn’t return until about 10 minutes later, when we were ready to order sometime in between. I also tried to order THREE different beers, all 3 of which were out… (yes, ALL THREE) it was quite the process. The first time I ordered from the «official» menu that was on the table — it was a beer that they apparently don’t even carry. The server then shared her «secret/​up-​to-​date» list with me and I picked a second beer… she took my order and then came back, saying it was sold out. This happened twice. They should keep their beer menus updated — especially since they advertise their great selections and emphasize their drafts. The food was fine — nothing special. It took way too long for our check to come, even after asking (I get it, people usually want to stick around and watch the games that are on, but we definitely asked for our checks and still waited an inappropriate amount of time). As usual, I ended up with a mysterious stomachache afterwards. I really need to stop coming back here.

My boyfriend and I walked in about three on a Sunday afternoon, looking for a relaxed late lunch after some errands. The hostess seated us immediately, though at a four top in the center of the section, rather than the couple of booths that were open. The server didn’t take very long to show up and take our drink orders, but when she delivered them forgot the lemon for my water. I asked if they had any gluten free appetizers and she started telling me about the weekday app specials for $ 4… Not what i asked. So we skipped apps and i ordered bone-​in wings, boyfriend ordered boneless with an add on of french fries. Both of our orders were served bone-​in. The sauces were right, though so we dug in. The wings were overcooked with hard, dry bits. Some wings were dripping in sauce while others had hardly any. The server dropped the check before we were done eating, then took forever after we were finished to collect payment. I was craving wings but this was very a disappointing meal.

So far the service is slow and my fried pickles are cold! However the new street tacos are the «BOMB»… LOL! They’re a great appetizer! I know my boneless #spicygarlic and bone in #caribbeanjerk wings will be good!!! That never fails!

I received excellent service at this BW3’s last night, even with a multitude of sporting events going on and many other patrons at the bar/​restaurant. Our drinks and food arrived in the perfect amount of time, and the waiter was attentive to our table when needed. If you are a fan of BW3’s, check out this location for a great experience!

It’s a good place for sports. Are their wings the best? No, at least there is variety on the menu.

It’s a wings place and they have good wings. It’s a sports bar and they have lots of TVs. Not much more to say, except it can be tough to find parking at this location.

We love the food and trivia game but the service sucks. We sat in the bar area and bartenders would walk by/​be at next table and never look at us. Very hard to get their attention. I think we’ll drive to Blue Ash or Anderson next time to see if service is better. And BTW, restaurant not busy. Also parking sucks too.

Rating Buffalo Wild WIngs is tough for me, because I don’t think this restaurant is that great BUT I KEEP COMING BACK. I also happen to be the duchess of the B-​Dubs location, so obviously I come here a lot.
I happen to really like B-​Dubs’ wings (and my boyfriend can’t get enough of them). We come on Tuesdays for 65 cent wing night. I usually get the spicy garlic or garlic parmesan wings, and he likes to get the plain jane mild wings. I think their wings are cooked properly, and their sauces are good, which is the main reason why we come here… Until we find another place in Cincinnati that serves better wings, we’ll probably continue to come back.
Now, this particular location is not my favorite B-​Dubs. It is always a little messy (like…the tables are sticky), and the food is always served lukewarm (never hot). I’m not sure why they can’t serve hot french fries and wings… Do they purposely let them sit under a heat lamp for at least 10 minutes? How does that happen literally every time we come here?
I’ve always had good servers here, and they’ve been very friendly and nice. If they could just serve their food hotter, and clean up better when they turnover their tables, this could be a much better restaurant.

It was good service and food. It wasn’t very busy when I went but the staff was very friendly and the dining room was very clean.

This is unfortunately one of the only wing choices nearby. Avoid it if you can. Parking is a bit tough around this place. If you can call in your order, plan on waiting a couple minutes at peak hours. Good wings. Cold beer. You all know this already. Everyone’s been to a bw3’s.

It took 28 minutes to get it drinks. 39 minutes for our food. Plus they forgot my salad. Never asked to refill our drinks. Only 5 other tables around us so they weren’t that busy at ago. Definitely won’t be back to this location.

You be better off buying Kroger Frozen Chicken and buying sauce. Place is sometimes dirty and servers where playing around and hawking around us. There is cold beer and plenty of TVs for games and trivia. We stopped going to this location in favor of the one by UC

Ever since the renovation of this location, service has been much better!
Our server was very nice and brought us out our food quickly. I order the grilled chicken wrap and it was great!
This location is much cleaner since the renovation. I highly recommend anyone to dine here! Great service and great food!

Sadly I have to remove a star from my first review. This location was recently renovated which sounded like an upgrade for the restaurant, but although the restaurant looks great the service has gone downhill. I’m not one to say this after only once bad experience – I’ve now visited three times (dined in twice, gotten carryout once) and had the same experience all three times. When dining in, I’ve visited at lunch, and it takes over an hour to get in and out even if the place isn’t that busy. When I called in to get carryout, I was put on hold for so long that the phone actually started ringing again so an employee was forced to answer the phone.
I would say if you want the best, quickest service, your best option is to sit at the bar.

Always very busy, prepare to have to wait for a table. Hard to get the servers to refill you’re drink

Meh.
Every time I’ve been here, the place has been packed to the rafters. The only reason I believe it wasn’t this past weekend, was because we had a massive snowstorm, so the place was only half full. But my husband insisted on going and so we forged our way through the un-​plowed streets for some wings.
This was the first time I’d been since the renovation, during which it appears they added some additional seating, which I suppose is a plus. Service has always been slow there and you’re guaranteed to see the bottom of your drink before the server swings back by your table.
As for the food, they changed their portion sizes from the actual number of pieces to Small/​Medium /​Large orders, which I think is based on weight, but seems a little scammy to me. And they never have any specials other than beer. Not too keen on beer, that’s a negative for me.
Parking is also a nightmare. Be prepared to park on the opposite side of the complex and walk if you’re interested in eating here.
So yeah, meh is my final verdict. I’ll probably be back, but it won’t be because it was my first choice.

Service sucks… 30 mins to order. 20 more minutes to get drinks. Hour and half for food. Will never come back. The place was half empty.

Expensive food… but my son wanted to go there for a burger. Lots of waitresses/​waiters sitting down doing nothing. Service started out OK but disappeared. Waitress vanished and someone else brought the food. Mixed up 2 orders and realized after half-​eating. Couldn’t get drink refills because waitress was in back filling sauce bottles for 30 minutes. At least she admitted to the manager that it was her fault. Thank you to the manager for picking up 1 of the 2 burgers/​drinks.
I have been to other BWW (not by my choice). I agree with others service is really lacking here…

I’ve frequented many BW3’s. The prices are always not exactly worth your money… but I keep going back so they’re doing something right.
This location, bar none, is my least favorite. I’m not sure what the deal is but I almost always get rude wait staff and even worse service. Bad attitudes and long wait times… I can get my wings fix elsewhere. Thanks!
