Starbucks

Just went to this location during happy hour to get my holiday drink and a free one for a friend… Staff was GREAT. Some of the other customers… Not so much. One person in particular was upset that I received my drinks before she received hers. A few other people before her were making tweaks to their drinks and the employees had to tend to those people before moving on, which I understand. I guess some things got a bit mixed up, not sure how Starbucks does things, but maybe they communicate so that certain people make certain drinks and some drinks take longer than other to make, maybe that’s how hers got pushed behind, I don’t know… But as I was waiting on my second drink, I could STILL hear this person talking about how I had received my order before she received hers… I decided to keep biting my tongue. I’d rather not make a scene in Starbucks, especially at this hour… But I just want to say that I believe the staff was doing the best they could. Plus, it’s happy hour, BOGO holiday drinks, what do these people expect? No line? No tiny mistakes here or there? I felt that this person that was in front of me wasn’t even appreciative of the fact that she was getting a free drink! Come on people, show some compassion, especially during the holiday season… If you can’t handle it, then make your own coffee in your Keurig! On a side note… THANK YOU STARBUCKS STAFF, you’re all rock stars!

This is always my «go to» Starbucks. The staff is super friendly, consistent and knowledgable. I know if I’m in a hurry, I can run in there and pick up my order quickly.
No matter how crowded they are, the staff always keep the line moving without making the customers feel rushed.

Good location. Coffee and order always come out correct, however sometimes rushed and food not heated enough. Staff is friendly. Overall, great experiences.

Staff is great and quick. I redeemed a birthday reward and was wished a «happy birthday»! Seems like a logical thing to do but I’ve definitely redeemed these before and been greeted with just an «ok go ahead and scan your phone.» The drinks I’ve had were made as expected. It’s a very nice location in the center of Madeira about midway between the library and Walgreens.

Great location in the heart of Madeira. The inside has a lot of seating considering the small space and also has some outdoor seating which is nice. The smoked salmon bagel is my favorite and not too many places offer it. However, the service is not the best, they have made my order wrong on multiple occasions. Also the speed of service varies, either they are quick or they are lacking a pep in their step. A long line does not always influence them to work faster, but in their defense they very personable and quick to start up a conversation if you are a regular,

I love Starbucks when I’m on the run and need a pick me up. Consistently good coffee, baked goods and always top notch service!

Great service with every visit! The barista usually recommends something new. The indoor lounge and outside sitting area is clean and neat.

Great service with a smile. Can’t give it full 5 stars as they close so early in the evenings. Otherwise a great location and nice layout with inside and outdoor seating.

Never thought I would review a Starbucks, seeing as they’re pretty consistent everywhere you go, but this Starbucks stands out as one of the best. The staff is super friendly, it’s never too crowded, and they make the drinks well. Couldn’t ask for anything more!

Consistantly good– my go to Starbucks. No surprises, you know what you order is exactly what you’ll receive.

They boxed up my birthday cake pop, and chatted amiably. Good place.
