I needed a package to arrive before a certain date. They took my money and said it would be there. On checking the tracking I discovered it would be a day late and when I called they were more concerned about how the mistake was made than about fixing it. The manager would not even talk to me but sent a message theough the front desk that it could arrive there on time for $ 50 dollars more … minus the generous 15% discount that he finally gave me after at first offering only 10. I was trapped so I paid it but I suggest that if you need something to arrive on time and like good customer service, this might not be the place to go.
