The most painful shipping experience of my life. Waited for 30 minutes behind ONE person, was asked to purchase my pencils at the other counter, and ended up back behind another 3 people, where I waited 15 more minutes before absolutely losing it and leaving package unshipped. Slowest people on the planet. An hour to ship something?! I hate myself for wasting this much of my life standing in there.

Worst, Rudest people I have ever seen or had the displeasure of talking to. After watching one of the clerks measure 4 boxes ALL THE SAME SIZE and THE SIZES PRINTED ON THE SIDES, I got the stink eye from the elderly, poorly aging manager. I guess I shook my head too many times at the pitiful site before me.
The OLD, aging, geriatric Manager guy had the nerve to ask what i was shipping (like its any of his business, which i told him) then refused to scan in my package because it had a few dents in the cardboard, was OVERLY taped and would have survived a small nuclear blast. But refused it anyway. I took it to the Symmes Twp (off union cemetery) location and they took it NO PROBLEM!
Avoid this Anderson location like the plague! They are incompetent!
