The hostess cared more about hitting me up for the frequent buyer club than taking my order. When asked about a soup of the day she just pointed to the menu on the wall. Rude. Another time I was in the place and water was dripping thru the ceiling – couldn’t believe the place was even open. Half the time they don’t have the bread for the sandwich I order. Don’t know if it’s corporate owned or franchise but mgt needs to get it together. They sit on their laurels and skate by on their great location.

I love going to Panera and this was my Mom’s go to place on Wednesdays with my nieces. Since mom(85) has not been feeling well she has not been able to go every week and it had actually been several months. We had lunch and then stocked up on Cinnamon crunch bagels(3) and cinnamon rolls(5) to put in the freezer. They are so accommodating no matter what location you go to. great customer service!

My order was ready pretty quickly, but the food wasn’t as good as it normally is. I had a sierra turkey and a cup of broccoli cheddar soup. The sandwich was good, but the soup was barely warm(and my baguette was tough). The worst part is that it is freezing outside, and they didn’t even have their fireplace on. :(The service here was good as always, so I will definitely be back.

Fast service, good food. Even in a rush during lunch I was served pretty fast. The people at the counter are very friendly. I got the pick 2 combo which is a perfect amount of food for lunch. Their summer salads with the fruit are delicious. Minus 1 star for the price.

I first tried Panera a couple of months back with somebody that had a gift card. Upon first glance of the place, I thought they only sold bakery products and bread. Wrong. It’s much more than that. They have hot sandwiches and hot soup. I tried the Steak and White Cheddar Panini… steak, onions, white cheddar, and a horseradish spread. Pretty delicious I will say. In addition, I also got a bowl of the Vegetarian Black Bean soup, it’s pretty good I will admit but not quite as good as homemade. That combination is perfect on a cold night like tonight. Try it sometime.

I try not to eat at chain restaurants, but when you work five minutes down the road from a Panera, just try and stay away from their soups and sandwiches for more than a few months. This Panera is also mercilessly adjacent to my usual Fedex. How many package drop-offs have included a spontaneous pastry purchase? A lot. Let’s say a lot. I don’t even like to review chains but I’ve had such a consistently good experience at this location they deserve a shout out. Like today, I asked for a mug for my coffee, which is kind of an annoying picky thing to do anyway. The guy working at the bakery counter picked up a mug, inspected the inside and determined that it wasn’t clean enough. He picked up another mug, and that one was dirty too, so he kept going. I got maybe the fourth mug he looked at. That’s just plain nice. As for Panera the chain, they’re alright. This location? They’ll get my spontaneous oatmeal raisin cookie business any day. Well, any Monday through Friday before the last Fedex pickup time.

I have always been a huge fan of Panera food, before and after I went vegan. Even though I am very limited of choices now, I still enjoy a trip here. I like the welcoming atmosphere and the smell of all the breads. Before my conversion to veganism I enjoyed the Chipotle Chicken Sandwich and Tomato Mozzarella Sandwich. Now I like to settle in with a delightful Mediterranean Veggie(sans the feta) Sandwich.
