Hall’s Furniture & Appliance

Just bought a couch there and waiting for it to be delivered. We went in for a recliner but ended up buying a dual recliner couch. They have a good selection and great prices. The owner helped us out. He was knowledgeable about the products but didn’t linger. He left us alone to look. He didn’t act like a salesman and was very friendly. We actually left to think about the purchase and came back about an hour later. I would definitely recommend this place and will come back when I’m in the market for additional furniture. Such a better experience than big box stores. Even got same day delivery since the couch we bought was in stock.

My family and I were looking for the perfect couch for our living room. After going to La-​Z-​Boy and Ashley Furniture, I felt like we were encountering used car salesmen. Finally, we walked into Hall’s and instantly found many couches and sectionals we loved. Mike never tried to up sell us and was honest even if it meant the loss of a sale. We bought our couches and received them the next day by Hall’s delivery service. Best experience we’ve had purchasing anything! Looking forward to going back.

Second time this year, that my sister and I have visited. First purchase was a recliner and today was a couch. Mike has great customer service skills and his store always has a lot to choose from. Looking forward to coming back to get my Christmas gift — a curio cabinet! See you soon Mike.

Love this store! Wonder who has old fashioned customer service, great prices and wonderful delivery? Hall’s Furniture! I was looking for a mattress, foundation, and headboard — walked into Sleep Train, Macy’s, and other stores offering beds and was truly disappointed with the prices and the lack of customer service. Then my mom asked me if I’d been to Hall’s — visited Hall’s that afternoon and bought everything I needed for a great price, free delivery and they even took away my old bed and helped take apart my old headboard! The delivery guys were courteous, professional and efficient! I am sold on Hall’s and actually went back the next day and bought a nightstand! If you long for great customer service — the way it used to be before everyone became addicted to false sales and big advertising — go to Hall’s where you are not just a number or a sale, but are a customer they wish to keep!

Jeff has gone above and beyond in customer service. I am so glad I decided to shop local. Well worth the money spent. Hometown customer service is very nice.

We’ve seen the Hall’s store numerous times but never stopped in. Big mistake. We’ve been looking for a dual reclining love seat to replace our recliners. Never seemed to find ones that were leather and comfortable enough or were too pricey. After seeing their commercial on TV we decided to check them out. We found just what we’d been looking for with a great price. It even has power! The piece had to be ordered and came in about 6 weeks later. We couldn’t be happier. Our last recliners were from McCreery’s and they never seemed to work right. This love seat is a dream. The delivery men were very professional, neat and courteous. It’s everything you’d want in a furniture buy. I would definitely recommend checking them out for your furniture needs. Only down side is that it’s sooo comfortable we find reasons not to get up… :)

My wife and I are expecting a baby and needed a glider rocker for the nursery. We went to several places before finding Hall’s Furniture and were quickly becoming frustrated with the limited availability and high prices. We were extremely pleased with the service we received at Hall’s. The owner took his time to show us around, was very friendly and not the least bit pushy. Our beautiful glider was deliered within a half hour of purchasing it! Huge selection, super prices, and a very comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommended!

We have known about Hall’s for sometime. My wife has been looking for the perfect recliner just for her. We’ve been through a couple of other with negative results. The recliner is not in our house yet, because we’re waiting for the delivery as I write. The lady salesperson’s name was Taffy (not sure about spelling). She was nice, not pushy and willing to spend time with us, and away from us (as not to bug us). Perfect sale thank you.
We also bought a beautiful couch that will be delivered with the recliner. Can’t wait!
I’ll write a follow-​up when we have the furniture for awhile. I suspect we’ll love them.

My friend Phil got a great deal on a nice chest here (but how the hell did he find the place?) so we decided to stop by and look at their other furniture. The store is practically in our backyard but we never knew, as it’s tucked away on Mariposa. That’s why it’s good to have a guy like Phil around, who lives over 30 minutes away yet knows more about where you live than you do.
We didn’t buy any furniture during our last visit, since we really weren’t sure what we wanted. But the staff was very helpful, and the furniture was pretty nice. They also have some unusual furniture (that I like but my husband hates with a passion.) We disagree on furniture which is ultimately why we left empty-​handed. There will be no wood ducks in my future or in his for that matter.
As for cost, the prices were pretty good. They’re also willing to negotiate/​haggle, which I always appreciate. A furniture store that doesn’t negotiate during these tough financial times really isn’t worth my time.
If you are looking for the perfect piece of furniture, it’s definitely worth it to make this a stop on your treasure map. The items seem to be good quality and the staff are willing to offer you a fair price.
I’m currently hunting for some good bargain furniture so I will keep Unilocal updated if I find anything else worth knowing about.
