Very happy that we chose Kim as our realtor. Mom was looking for a home without knowing exactly what she wanted. Luckily, Kim is intuitive as well as intelligent, so she figured out the best fit for Mom though her patient way of getting to know the client, and that’s an understatement.
Anecdote: Mom had already decided on the house she would buy. I’m sure it would have been lovely; nothing wrong with it. The problem was that they had already looked at several houses and Mom was fatigued on the process. Picking up on that, and on her OWN initiative, Kim went back to Mom even after her job was done because she looked at a few more houses and found what she thought was an even better one. The following day, she took Mom to that house. Once Mom saw it, she knew instantly that this was her new house. Talk about going the extra mile! Kim truly put Mom ahead of the almighty dollar, for which I am very grateful.
Kim was also instrumental in navigating some rough patches with a relatively anxious seller. She knows the Portland area very well because she has been at this for a while, which also helps enormously. And she speaks fluent Spanish! I would be surprised if you can find anyone better than Kim Factor. She takes what tends to be a stressful process, turns it on its head, and makes it instead a joyful one. Obviously, I recommend her without reservation. Happy house hunting!
