Happy November! Time for an annual lady exam! I called to make an appointment with Dr. Alisha Saultz, since I had a pleasant experience with her last year. The lady on the phone wasn’t friendly at all, and failed to inform me my appointment would take place at their Happy Valley location,(I assumed it would take place at the Milwaukie branch). Thank goodness for an automated appointment confirmation call. So I drove 20 minutes out of my way to see a good doctor. Whatever, right? The nurse was super friendly and personable. And Dr. Alisha Saultz was easy to talk to and didn’t rush the appointment. I was tempted to give this a 5 star review just for the nurse and doctor, totally ignoring the un-helpful call-taker… but I had an odd experience getting blood drawn. I was escorted to a small sitting area in front of the blood lab. A lady behind a computer occasionally glanced up at me. She called me in and sharply asked my name… There’s a fine line between being efficient and rushing, she was teetering on rushing the process. Will I return? Well, only if Dr. Saultz decides this is her home base. I really don’t have a problem going out of my way for a good health care provider, (given proper notice of course).
