Dropped by this place last Sunday. Tried their Cherry cider, yum. Also had the pork sliders and my wife had the chicken teriyaki pineapple sandwich. Both were very good. The sliders came with a generous amount of tater tots too. Also got a growler filled with the«sweet cider».

The opening was fun with live music and food carts… The real star is the cider of course, and all that we tried were great, with the Pearfect and Hop-Rageous as the stand outs to me! People were friendly … Definitely going back again and again

Awesome people working tonight. Close to home. Tasty flavors. They had food carts there for opening night and they were amazing too. I loved the atmosphere. They’re just chill and happy to be at work even with how busy they were for opening.

Definitely my favorite cider house. There are many different kinds of cider, and I have tried and enjoy them all. Great service, personable owners who I have met a couple times, and an all around great vibe from this place. I’ll continue to go back for the cider here as long as I can!

Step out of the wine tasting and give cider a shot. Took the wife here today and it was fabulous. The bar maid was the best and she was very friendly and new her ciders. They had 12 different ones on tap from mild to wild. Left with a growler to go. We will be back.

We stop in at least once a week. They let you bring in your own food, so tacos & cider can now go together, as it should be.

If you love cider… or even just like it… you need to come here! The variety and selection is great so there will be something for everyone. I’m all about the hopped ciders, so this particular trip was a success for my cider loving tastebuds. The service was awesome as they were friendly and attentive and offered great suggestions. They even have games that you could play with friends(Cards Against Humanity anyone?). I will definitely be back.

Great cider. Nice place to relax and have a drink or two. Don’t let the location fool you(it’s located in a business park). The tap room servers are very friendly and give you free snacks(popcorn and pretzels) with your drinks. They also let you bring in outside food! The juniper cider is a must try!

Wow! It’s usually quite hard to impress me with ciders… But Portland Cider Company did it! Had a flight of 5 and by far and away the best in the Portland area! Try the Cascade Juniper(#5) if you like a good combination of bitter and sweet! I can’t put it inside me fast enough!(Phrasing)

Holy goodness, drink it, it’s good! By far, hands down, the BEST cider of Portland, and the best cider for at least 100 miles around. Bring your empty growlers, NO!, bring your empty growlers, because you are gonna want to fill them with this delicious cider. The Kinda Dry and Sorta Sweet are a great introduction to cider. The Hoprageous and the Santa Sauce are equally delicious and a great intro to more complex concoctions. The folks working here could not be nicer, and the info they have on their ciders – so informative! We have been going here since the tasting room opened(seriously, we have a dark glass growler) and we keep coming back. At cider festivals, we gladly use our tickets for Portland Cider BECAUSE we KNOW it is awesome. The hours the tasting room are open are great, seriously 10 pm on Saturdays, and if for some odd reason they aren’t open, well you can get their flagships at Fred Meyer. And they have Cards Against Humanity, really, what more do you want? I want to add pictures, but Unilocal isn’t too user friendly.

Love this cider! I discovered it at Albertsons and imagine how excited I was to discover a tasting room, literally minutes from my house in Oregon City! I knew it was a good sign when I was immediately complimented on my favorite purse and the gang of guys at the big table were playing«Cards Against Humanity.» Perfect place to chill out for a bit! Here is the link to the site to buy my purse… although I don’t know if Sally is available anymore… if not though… eBay?
They should be in the Disney Couture section

A good change in cider bars. Google only lists Bushwackers, i don’t know why? This is a cute little cider bar, covered in cedar with a cozy feel. Can’t wait for their new location to open, I will definitely frequent it.

* Tucked away in an Industrial Business Park in Oregon City, this tasting room and Cidery is a bit out of the way but worth the trip. The tasting room itself is gorgeous, definitely feels like you’ve left the business park. Parking is easy there is a full lot, but hours are limited since they aren’t really in a bar or restaurant district. Great selection of ciders on tap, I’ve always enjoyed their ciders at events around town but this was my first time to the tasting room. The staff was very welcoming and eager to share their knowledge. They had all the traditional ciders you see distributed but also had a couple of new blend to include hoppy and berries. Personally, I think their Sorta Sweet and Kinda Dry were the best of the bunch. Will totally come back for a growler fill when on that side of town.

It’s hard to not appreciate the work that goes into a smaller brewery such as this. You look at the work that’s been done by the owners and you have to stop and admire the love and effort that goes into it. While the variety may not be as broad as others you can’t beat the friendliness of the bartenders. Even if you haven’t been here, they greet you as if they had known you for a long time.

If you are looking for excellent hand-crafted cider this is the place to go. Tasting room(they call it the tap room) prices are very reasonable and the people who run this family business are wonderfully friendly. The«Sorta Sweet» and«Kinda Dry» apple ciders provide a choice among those who relish a traditional cider experience. But if you are feeling a bit adventurous and want something new and different then try either the hop or juniper infused varieties. Yes, these are flavors typically associated with beer and gin, but what the cider maker does with them might make you forget that. And don’t forget to try the pear cider while you are there. If you can’t make a choice of which beverage to put into your 20oz pint glass, you don’t have to! They offer tasting flights of your choice of any four varieties. And when you decide what you really like you can pick up an attractive growler and take some home with you. Portland Cider Company is a welcome addition to this area and my choice for delicious, refreshing cider. As the company slogan says, drink it, it’s good!
