I had a somewhat unusual situation, and I needed someone who knew their stuff to help me sell my condo. Jacob was recommended to me by a realtor friend who said that he was the guy who taught other realtors the business of selling in tough situations. As promised, Jacob and his team were able to get things done!
The one small negative, and it truly is a small negative — while Jacob and his team know what they’re doing, they don’t always provide clients with a lot of information about where things are in the process. If you find yourself in a situation where you’re not sure where things are, plan on contacting them and asking… don’t wait for them to contact you.

I recently took a class on short sales from Jacob Swodeck I found him to be very knowledgeable about short sales and the HAFA programs. I can see why banks work with him. He has established good relationships with them.
I found his information very helpful and that he is actually an active agent. So I feel he understands the difficulties we run into when working short sales. When I first met him he was very friendly and personable easy to speak to.
