Great service and the Strawberry-​Banana smoothie was blended well and taste good. Interior was nice and clean. Would have given them a 4.5 star rating, but they didn’t have any decaf coffee which is what I originally came in there to have. Besides the sofa seat, the chairs seemed a bit flat around the tables and were not as comfortable as I had hoped for a longer lounge stay. Wi-​Fi was okay for Clearlake 2.5 Mbps dwn /​.30 up. A good stop for if you are on the go for great service and great smoothies.

Yia Yia’s is the best coffee house on the lake! Everyone is super friendly while the coffee is always delicious! And, as an added bonus, they have an awesome fish tank for the little ones to watch while waiting for their smoothie or hot cocoa!

Went in at 545pm…15 minutes til closing. They refused to make coffee. I feel like if you are open you should serve customers. I didnt even want anything fancy… just coffee.

One of my main coffee stops. I love coming here, the girls are so awesome, even when completely slammed. The dirty chai is my favorite. The only reason I gave this coffee shop four stars is because it f the lack of a menu. I feel like such a comfortable atmosphere would only be further complimented by a kitchen pumping out food.

Best place to get coffee in clear lake. It’s a cute, clean little shop and the staff is always really nice. There’s plenty of parking. There’s also free parking so you can stay awhile and enjoy your coffee. Definitely recommend this place

Try the Mexican Chocolate Mocha! You will be back for another one. Shelby, the friendly owner been there every time I go in and is very pleasant. Simple and comfortable seating including and outdoor table. Located in a strip mall anchored by Safeway and a Dollar Store. Stop in here for a break while you’re running your errands. They also serve breakfast pastries.

This is a great coffee shop that is clean, comfortable, quiet & friendly. There’s free wifi, plenty of parking (in the Grocery Outlet shopping mall), one patio table outside & plenty of seats inside. I got a salted vanilla caramel latte with hemp milk & it was the bomb. This is the 1^st place I’ve been to that offers hemp milk. I liked it better than almond milk! They’re also open till 6pm which is nice.

First, I would like to point out that Unilocal misspells the name; it is actually spelled Yia Yia’s.
For some reason the name conjures up a sweet blended mocha, so I waited for a nice warm day to try them out. The staff is very courteous and answered my questions, including my question about the fish in the aquarium. The place was very neat and clean and not at all crowded; there was only one other customer. He had a computer with him, so they might have WiFi available.
The food is a little pricey and I was disappointed that the sizes were so small. My medium mocha was the same size as a small in other coffeehouses! The donuts were almost twice the price for the same kind as Castle Donuts. The coffee was stronger than I was expecting but still quite good. The doughnut was very tasty and the one my brother had was «very good» according to him.
One thing I DID NOT like was that they took my card into a back room to ring it up and they seemed to take an awfully long time bringing it back. I don’t understand why they don’t have a way to ring it up at the front register.
I might try them again some time, but I will definitely bring cash to pay.
