A very friendly and helpful worker was in the store today when I stopped in. At around 1p on a Saturday she was all by herself and was quite busy, but she multi-​tasked very well without making mistakes and while making each customer feel they were the only one in the store. She explained the warranty policy to me which is just great: free replacement within 30 days and ½ price replacement for a year! Free adjustments in an any store. She was very knowledgeable about all the frames and she knew without hesitation which models came in different sizes and colours. She was willing to give her opinion and help make decisions and provided top notch customer service. I can’t believe after nearly two decades of wearing sunglasses this was my first stop in here.

I’ll skip the obvious discussion on mall prices, the staff here was very friendly and accommodated our return promptly. If you’re too impatient to buy your fancy glasses online then you might as well get them here.
