I’ve been to this CVS many times, and always been happy with my experience here. The store is always clean and well-stocked, and the employees are almost always helpful. There can sometimes be a wait at the pharmacy, but only because they sometimes get flooded with a number of people all at once, and it takes a few minutes to accommodate the surge. No biggie to me, but the overly-entitled might get their shorts in a knot over it. All in all, it’s a nice pharmacy, and I’ll be coming back here well into the future.

The pharmacist is a jerk… we switched to Walgreens because they were so rude and unhelpful here…

This CVS is in a great location on the SW corner of Lyons & Hillsboro. I like this CVS but it is not my favorite. The store is clean & I never have had a problem finding anything I needed. I have found the employees to be very friendly. And extremely helpful when I needed assistance printing out pictures from my phone. Trust me I need all the help I can get since I am really bad about«techy» things. The pharmacy staff is not consistent with customer service. Sometimes they are great & other times not so much. Sometimes they call you to let you know your prescription is ready and sometimes a prescription that was called in was never filled. Last week I called in a prescription & went to pick it up a few days later. It was not filled because according to my insurance I was calling it in two days early. Not a problem but it would have been nice if they called to let me know. The day I went to pick it up the insurance went through. My question is: if they knew I called it in two days early, then why didn’t they just have it ready for me on the first available day, which in this case was only two days. So I sit in the drive through in the pouring rain, get up to the window & she tells me they never filled it & I need to come back in five minutes. Since there were no cars behind me I told her I would just wait in my car. I also told her if another car pulled up behind me I would move my car. She responded by saying I can not wait in the drive through. In the pouring rain where was I supposed to go? There was not another car in sight. What upset me most was the snippy attitude this girl had. I just went home & picked my stuff up the next day. I am hoping that the pharmacy kicks it up a notch because it is so convenient using the drive through. Maybe the store manager should talk to the pharmacy staff about the importance of customer service. If this CVS was not right next to Publix I probably would fill my prescriptions somewhere else.

Worst drive through pharmacy I’ve ever experienced. They just ignore you. Chat with each other instead of helping.

Here’s a Unilocal tip first: copy your review before you click submit. If Unilocal doesn’t think you filled something out correctly, you stand to lose everything you composed. Here is the short version: Cleanliness of the store — not impressed Items stocked on the shelves — lots of holes Items stocked properly on the shelves — NOGOOD Customer service of cashier when I brought an item for purchase and it didn’t ring as the shelf talker indicated it should — POOR is an understatement. He told me I was wrong and made no effort to see if I was possibly right. The pharmacy grabs the extra star back, however. If all you have to do is go to the pharmacy, this location may be worth going to.
