If you want to go to a real Mexican joint to get real Mexican food this is where to go! Over the years I have gone in to eat fairly frequently and they have only ever gotten better! The portion sizes are very good for the price and they have stayed consistent every time. My favorite item is the Mouth Watering Sweet Pork Burrito and it is absolutely amazing! I definitely recommend El Paisa for anyone craving some real good, well priced, Mexican food.

I just moved to the area from central Illinois and have been looking for a New Mexican go to. Luckily My work actually ordered this for lunch one day. First thing that caught my eye was SWEET PORK burrito. Then next was $ 6.00! Yay! Best choice I could have made. Me and my husband just split one tonight. They are huge! Can’t wait to bring my friends here when they visit.

This was my second time here. Friendly fast service and delicious food both times. So far I have tasted the chimichanga with sweet pork, tacos al pastor and enchiladas with shredded beef; all were great. The quality of the meat makes the food exceptional. The food is also very reasonably priced. I will be back!

The only negative thing I can say is the chips are always cold and don’t taste fresh. Love love the hard tacos they are DELICIOUS and I need to try other things but after a couple weeks I crave these yummy tacos. Also, have never bit into fat from the beef which happens at other places.
We walk there which is a huge plus for us, close by.

I walked in at 7:20pm looking for dinner for my children and I when they were closing at 8:00pm. They were gracious to feed us even though we were the only ones in the restaurant. The food is good and it doesn’t cost too much. I loved the tacos and my side of beans and rice.

Went there for lunch. The owners are Mexican and the restaurant ambience is very authentic. Most of the customers that got in while we were there were Mexicans too. I personally like such atmosphere since it reminds me of my vacations in Mexico. I ordered the beef fajitas and my wife got the chicken queso. The portions were pretty large. However, the meat tasted pretty bad, it was too greasy and it tasted like old and reheated. I could not eat it at all. The quesadilla was too much cheese and just a little chicken. We could not finish our meals. I would not come back there.

The food here is extraordinary. I ordered the black beans with two tacos. Very very authentic and delicious. My husband ordered chili relleno and they were also fantastic. We will stop here again when in town.

Starting coming to this small little place when I worked nearby… don’t be tricked by the small strip mall appearance! This lil slice of the border is fantastic! The owners are friendly and will remember your order time, time again — (if you are a regular). Everything on the menu is fabulous… coming from southern Cal, I was missing great authentic Mexican food… this is the place! The sweet pork is out of this world! Fresh guacamole and really good salsa is hard to find in the NW… and the prices are way too cheap! This is a must stop if you love Mexican food… they are only open for lunch, so time your visit right!

Unilocalers didn’t lead us astray here! El Paisa was quite tasty. Came from Seattle for Silverwood and wanted some good Mexican for dinner. Owners were extremely friendly and welcoming. Everyone enjoyed their meal — Carne asada burrito, shredded beef burrito, nachos, and kid’s burrito, plus Mexican drinks. Under $ 40 for four of us. Only downside is no alcohol, but totally happy with the experience and would come back again!

Our favorite place for a casual fun dinner. We LOVE this place!!! We moved here from CA years ago and couldn’t find a good Mexican restaurant in town until this place opened. Our kids love it too and have renamed it «the piñata place.» The sweet pork tacos, chili relleno and their chips and salsa are some of our favorites. The staff here is really friendly and Pancho goes out of his way to make special things for us. Definitely recommend trying their turkey tamales around the holidays. We had them for Christmas and they’re delicious!

Visiting from Southern California, my wife and I were looking for quality Mexican food at affordable prices. We were very impressed. My wife had the taco salad and I had the flautas. Both were excellent. Both were full of meat and absolutely delicious. Average price of $ 7 to $ 8 per meal. Will be back before we leave!

Be still my heart. I love this place so much. Just a man and a woman always working a meager sized kitchen. But the pure nectar they produce is mesmerizing. The sweet pork burrito beats anything else in town and they have honest to goodness real Mexican coke in the glass bottle. Its these little things that count.

It’s a small place, and the delicious smell of seasoned meat and freshly made tortillas hits you as soon as you walk through the door. It’s not a fancy place, and there aren’t a lot of frills; just step up to the counter and order, and by the time you find a table, it’s usually ready. Everything on the menu is good and served in generous portions. The prices are great – very affordable. No Tex Mex here – just authentic and delicious Mexican food that fills the craving.
