We made it back to give Minuti Coffee another try, and I’m glad we did! Our barista was really helpful and sweet, and even came up with a special drink for me that accommodated all my crazy allergy requirements. The café was small but intimate and comfortable, and fairly quiet when we went(during the evening), filled with students who were studying or conversing with a friend. Hubs enjoyed his coffee, so my overall impression of Minuti has improved :).

The nearest NotStarbucks to campus. Walking distance if you are in no hurry. Espresso extremely smooth, with just a hint of what-you-looking-at-punk. They use actual Italian roasted beans. Not a miserable place to study, work, or recover from that lunch beer you had next door. Shame on you! Have you no self-control?! They also have gelato. Bonus!

I would not whole heartedly recommend this location to students. I was here studying with a group of 4, and there was no available seating for larger groups. We pushed together 2 of the adjacent 2 top tables. Hours later, a manager came and asked us to not push together tables, and asked my friend to put away her camel back water bottle, because«outside drinks are not allowed». If you’re a college student looking for a place to study, there are several places that are much more accommodating.

This place has fantastic coffee, a fantastic atmosphere, and the most amazing and polite staff! Definitely the perfect place to study. I wish they had more wall outlets but it doesn’t stop me from coming here! Try the Ice-Os, they’re delicious!

So, this is a wonderful coffee shop, but it wasn’t quite what I expected. Whenever I am looking for a coffee shop, I’m looking for one where I can be extremely productive. You know, the ones where the tables are large, lighting is blinding, and the chairs are uncomfortable enough to keep you alert while working. This far from one of those I’m here to get all work done coffee shops. It’s a place for coffee lovers not coffee addicts. While I can’t study here, I really want to keep coming back here whenever I need to relax. I’d love coming here to spend an afternoon talking with friends and catching up. It’s a great location and the selection is amazing. I had a sipping hot chocolate and asked them to add a bit of espresso to it. One of the best things I have ever tried. Highly recommend this spot. I think you’d love it quite a bit too!

The prices are a little higher than coffee shops in the surrounding area, but the price difference is made up in quality! The staff were super friendly and helpful in my decision of what to order on my first visit. I got the Carmel machiatto with an extra shot of espresso and it was the perfect balance of sweet and coffee taste! I also love the atmosphere and nice interior seating and décor. Definitely my new favorite place.

It is my preference to always try the new. Keep things moving, never try to go to the same places. I decided today that I wanted some nicer coffee, for this reason I adventure myself from main campus at Texas A&M to minuti coffee and it was a superb idea. The basics, nothing outside of what coffee is supposed to be, and I loved it. Coffee doesn’t need ton of sugar, it only needs well attended baristas, and they seem to have it. My espresso was fantastic. They also have a collection of pastries and gelato that will indeed make me return to this location. The only comment is that the address have them in texas ave, where they are more at university drive. Lets see how it stands the test of gelato next time.

This place far exceeded my expectations. My brother and I decided to try something new rather than going to Starbucks so we stopped in for coffee. Upon seeing the gelato selection we opted for that instead of coffee, and the owner generously offered samples along with friendly service. After we were seated he even offered free muffins. The gelato & muffins were awesome and their brewed coffee is excellent as well. Definitely a great place to frequent!

Minuti is with out a doubt my new favorite coffee shop in college station! If you are in the mood for perfection this is the place to be! The environment is fantastic with a modern theme and classic chandeliers that make you feel right at home! Minuti is a perfect place to chill, study, or just relax after a long day at work. The staff truly cares about their customers, and are very welcoming. They not only value their customers, but strive to make sure each customer has the experience possible. Minuti simply has the best coffee I have ever had, especially their vanilla latte! Trust me, this place is worth a visit.

I don’t drink a lot of coffee but when I do I tend to avoid Starbucks. Actually prefer a local roast like what’s the buzz. This place just opened and it looks really cool inside and is easy to get to with garage parking. I do not recall tasting Italian coffee before as I just don’t pay that much attention to coffee but this is really super good and I’m sure I’ll be back soon. Friendly staff.

I had been driving around this place for some time, but tonight while heading home I noticed that the Minuti Coffee sign was brightly lit and there were employees walking around inside. Since I was craving something to drink, I made a U-turn, quickly parked, and made my way inside to get a warm drink before calling it a night. As it turned out, right when I walked in, I was greeted very warmly by a super friendly gentleman whom turned out to be the manager(and possibly owner) of the establishment. I initially wondered why the place was empty when I came inside, but it turned out that the place had closed a half hour earlier, but the manager and staff welcomed me in like I was a very special guest. It also turned out that they had opened just this morning and were just settling into College Station after having success as a new coffee shop chain in Houston. As the manager and I were making our way to the counter to take my order, I realized how nice the place was with the nice table and comfy seats set up. There’s always demand for coffee shop study spots, and I think this place will fill in the existing demand quite nicely. Once at the counter, the manager was very generous in describing the history of the chain and how they are excitedly expanding to places like College Station. He then went into detail of their own special brand of drinks, since they provide their own specialty brand of coffee that they import from Italy. I opted for a hot chocolate since I had enough caffeine for the night, and the manager made my order while giving me several tasty options and describing how they make their own special version of the drink. I understood what he meant after I drank it and realized how rich and dark my drink was with my selected flavor of hazelnut. This is legit stuff. Overall, I really look forward to coming back to this place again. Minuti Coffee is great place for coffee shop purists, study spot students, and casual hangout friends. It’s about time too, because there’s a shortage of decent coffee shops in town since everywhere else seems to be always packed.
