Voltron and Green Lantern do it again! Love these guys cooking! Hadn’t had Pita Pit since college, but saw it on Hooked last Friday and got a deal… back again a week later because of the amazing customer service from these two!

Went in to a newly renovated, amazing Pita Pit. I could not make up my mind on what I wanted. The homie at the counter suggested prime rib. So I took his advice. He first asked me how I wanted it cooked, then asked if he could cook it the way he does with his little twist on it. (Pineapples and bbq sauce on the grill) Best pita I’ve had in awhile. Great to see the renovations and the fully staffed crew to handle the heavy traffic that was in there this evening! If anyone wants a good, healthy breakfast, lunch, or dinner I highly suggest this laid back place. KEEP IT UP YALL! Thanks and Gig Em.

Good, I came here more than 10 times. I think it’s a great place to have lunch! If you are hungry, this place can make you not hungry (maybe not full) quickly!

I was surprised that I’ve never tried it before and have spent all my life eating Subway and the likes of it.
Great, great sandwich!!! I told them that it was my first time at Pita Pit and they were very kind to introduce me to the different options available. The humus, the chicken and the amazing sauces made for an excellent meal. It was filling and healthy.
If it were closer to campus, I’d be a regular here!

Very yummy, people were very polite but I found THREE hairs in my pita and one of them I found from pulling out of the food I was chewing in my mouth. The hair was blonde and I have brown hair so there is no way it was mine. Very grossed out. Probably won’t return.

One of my favorite spots while we’re at Northgate. Here’s the catch though, I probably wouldn’t get food to eat here — just for take out.
Pros:
+ Lots of variety
+ Quick — like lightening fast
+ No crowds — probably helps with the lightening quickness
+ Lots of choices — did I mention the sauces? They have like 463 sauces for your pita. You literally couldn’t get a better option
+ Large parking lot out back
+ Healthy!!!
+ Portable
+ Totally customizable too :)
+ Free 30 minute parking across the street
Cons:
— Parking… — okay so just because they have a large parking lot out back doesn’t mean I want to park and then trudge around the entire place trying to get here for a pita. Sometimes it just isn’t worth the effort!
— Walking to get here. There isn’t parking super close so you might need to do a bit of a hike
— Seating — there’s only three tables, but every time I’ve been here they’ve been pretty close to empty.

I love pita pit! It’s a great place for College students because there prices are really fair, and the food is much healthier than eating at any other fast food restaurant in the area. I really enjoyed the Dagwood pita; it has the most meat, and is only 350 cal!!! (Without sauce)
If your looking for a place in College station to get a healthy bite to eat, and you don’t want to spend a lot of money pita pit is the place for you.
Also, if you because a rewards customer you get a free pita on your birthday!!!

This has quickly become a favorite place for a healthy lunch. It’s basically like a yummier version of subway with much better flavor and you dont leave smelling like that awful subway smell. If you like spicy, try the southwestern. Yum!

It was my first time here and I was confused about the ordering process. One employee explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I asked what he recommended and he made me his favorite pita and gave me a discount too. He guaranteed I would love it or he would make me a new one. The food was fast, fresh, and delicious. I’ll be back for more.
Only complaint: I’m somewhat of a messy eater and there weren’t trays or plates. The pita was wrapped like a subway sandwich.

Okay. The location is alright.
Seating is okay because it’s never busy.
Service is good and friendly.
The portion size is a little small for the price. $ 20 for 2 pittas. 2 drinks and 1 small bag of chips.
I do enjoy the food regardless. The chicken and pittas are light and seemingly fresh. The flavor is a little under par but it’s not supposed to be some outlandishly flavorful food… It’s a pita.
Nevertheless. It’s quick easy bite. Nothing filling here.

I have eaten at this location numerous times. I love the Chicken Crave and the Spicy Black Bean. My only complaint is that it is so expensive! If I am going to spend this much, I will definitely be visiting Freebirds!

I guess the Pita thing just isn’t my cup of tea. Remembering when Pita’s got popular like in the ’80’s when America «discovered» pita bread I’m really surprised a chain like this has lasted so long. In fact I didn’t even know they were still in business until a friend suggested stopping by last week.
The Pita bread to me was chewy and stale. The chicken was like barely reheated pre-​frozen and the ranch dressing tasted like soy oil. Overall a pretty disgusting little portion of food that I took two bites of and tossed in the trash. This thing made it from my hand to the trash about 3000x faster than what it took to get. Horrid waste of time and money.
If you’re in this parking lot by the fake Chuck E. Cheese (Gatti Town), Hastings, and Chase Bank and are hungry; Try the Jimmy John’s. Awesome fresh baked –real– bread.
