This food was adequate but really nothing special. I wanted to try something local and kept passing whataburger. The service is pretty good, the place is reasonably clean and the waitstaff are polite. But the food is nothing special.

Ok, I work out here and have gone to this location many, many times! The wait times seem to keep getting worse and worse with the service taking a huge dive! The staff is and has always been some what on the rude and«too busy» or short and quick rudely witted! Nonetheless, done with getting cut off interrupted over and over while«trying» to Oder! Done with this Whataburger… There’s too many other choices now!

I don’t know who’s manager of this place but they need to be fired, this place was by far the dirtiest whataburger I’ve been in!!! The servers seemed more intrested in themselves than taking orders, there was no tea in the containers, trash and spilled drinks on the counter, when you walk there’s this kind of sludge on the floor like it hasn’t been mopped in over a year, I will never come back to this store ever again!!!

Ok, I’ve written many 4 and 5 star reviews but this will be my first ever 1 star so don’t think I’m just trying to flame a place. But, I have to say something about just how awful an experience I had here with my family and how worthy they are of a 1 star rating. So it was after church and naturally the place was busier than normal. We decided to order our food to go. A couple burgers and chicken strips, no big deal, right? Wrong, we sat in there for over 45 minutes. My kids were going bonkers. If I hadn’t already paid we would have left. But then, when we got home with our order, one whole order was missing and my little girls hamburger was cold. Wow, really? And we waited 50 minutes for this fine meal. Not again…

It’s fast food, Texas fast food. This is NOT a boutique burger bar. Even my friends from James Beard Foundation know it’s fast food and both gave it a double thumbs up. The review is based on a typical burger and fast food joint. The fast food menu offers a variety of burgers and other fried foods. It’s my go to place when I’m in the mood for a quick lunch near home. I know what to expect and it meets them. The staff, for the most part are friendly, service quick and while not always healthy, the food is filling. I like the fact that they have table service and not a constant drone of «number 54, your order is ready». The menu is inexpensive which makes it great with families ot taking out friends that you don’t want to spend a lot of money on :) I have never had anything bad here nor have I had a bad experience. Great sized burgers, crunchy fries and all the soft drinks you want to consume on your non healthy splurge day. My New York City colleagues made me take them back for a second lunch and they are Michelin star folks. Now that’s a recommendation,

35 minutes to get breakfast for 4 people in the drive thru and they forgot items. Worst location ever!!!

I love coming to this particular location whenever I am in town due to the fast service I receive. The staff is always so friendly, especially a big thank you to Shamsa B for providing excellent customer service. You just don’t see that anymore these days.

First time I’ve stopped in at this«new» location. Purposely left the house early so I could stop and grab breakfast, and I was still almost late to work. Ordered two bacon, egg, and cheese taquitos. That’s it. No drink, or anything else that could confuse a person with a brain bigger than a rat’s, just taquitos. Took almost twenty minutes to get my order in the drive thru, so when I left, I was in a hurry and didn’t check the order. Guess what! Got ONE taquito, plus some hash browns. How do you screw up an order of a very basic menu item that you probably sell a hundred of a day? Seriously, people, it’s not hard to work a drive thru. I know, I did it for many years. I will not be returning to this location for fear of waiting too long for my food only to have it be the wrong order.

This whataburger is not particularly special in any area. The wait is longer here than what I’ve experienced elsewhere, although this may be due to the time of day I went. The only real selling point for me is the location, as it is just a minute away from several large subdivisions.

I literally had the worst drive through experience that I have EVER had at this location. The chick was a total biotch. After finally getting my single person order through, she barked«What else» and after getting my drink order in, «Is that all?». I actually could not contain my laughter. She was no better at the window. And the order was wrong… Just…No. Go to Chick-Fil-A next door.

Here’s a cross review of two different What-A-Burgers that prove the same thing with photos. The Monterey Melt Burger claims to have«red peppers» These are bell peppers that are typically twice as expensive as green. I have noticed a pattern and will prove it in photos. If you order a Monterey Melt, like I have from three locations in Bryan and College Station in the last week, it will have ONE(1) single tiny piece of «red pepper». My photos prove it. Aside from the massive sodium poisoning with thirst and head-ache, these are pretty damn tasty! Like biting into a salt burger, like from Chiles. Fuck health! The crew at this location are always friendly and fun which is why I go inside instead of using the drive through. It has a very large seating area.
