We’ve been using Eagle Transmission & Auto Repair for about a year and a half, and I have complete confidence in them — not just in their mechanical abilities, but also in their honesty. I have taken our cars in for a new alternator and a new radiator, and in both cases, the work was done quickly, and the repair bills were less than what I was expecting. I recently took my 2003 Escape in for brake work. Based on past experience, I was expecting to pay a few hundred dollars and be without my car for a day or two. Within 2 hours of dropping the car off, Todd called and told me my brakes were fine — just needed to be cleaned. I highly recommend Eagle Transmission & Auto Repair.

We were quoted $ 1800 worth of work for a radiator repair from the dealership. Took it to Eagle for a second opinion, turns out only the radiator cap was cracked, which set us back a whopping $ 18. Love these guys for their honesty and for their straightforward manner.

First off. Called them to ask what a rebuild would set me back, mgr quoted $ 1300-$ 1800. $ 1800 was worst case scenario. Call back a week or so later to schedule was told mgr was let go, but they would honor the quote. I walked out of their with a $ 2400 bill. Pretty disappointed. I really didn’t have any other choice but to pay it. It’s running. The warranty is good. That is the only reason they get a 3. They should honor their quotes. Worst case is worst case. Charge me $ 1800.
