Happi Nails

Always a nice, long & relaxing experience. A pedi will take you easily an hour. A mani another 45 min. Try another place if you are in a hurry.

When we got here, they told us they could get us in no problem. I wanted a shellac manicure and a pedicure. And my friend wanted a manicure and a pedicure. First, the man at the front desk sat me and my friend at a table together and gave us each one tray to soak one of our hands in. After switching our hands for about 20 minutes, he took my friend back to the pedicure chair. Then 5 minutes later he took me back. So soaking our hands was pointless. He put us both in water and left. We have been waiting in a pedicure chair for almost an hour. The water is cold. My feet look like prunes and no one has been to check on us. Then a lady went and helped someone who was sat in the chair after us. Finally my friend gets up and tells him she doesn’t have time for both and needs a manicure like right now because she had to be somewhere in an hour. That got the ball rolling a little bit. So she got a manicure and I’m still waiting on my pedicure. So the girl comes to do my pedicure and the entire time her phone is blowing up and she keeps stoping to check it.
Eventually she ignores her phone and does my toes, but she tells me she is putting on three coats. Which in theory sounds like she is doing me a favor, but by the time I got home, it STILL wasn’t dry (I had gotten a shellac mani after and went to dinner with my husband). My dog stepped on my foot and the polish smeared. Ugh.
The shellac mani was okay, besides he fact that she didn’t push my cuticles back. She just painted them so when it started growing out (3 days later) it started coming up on the sides.
All in all, it was a terrible experience. I will not be back.

I have been going here for about 7 months. Lisa does my nails and does a nice Job. Always consistent. The salon us very clean and each client had their own box so you don’t have to share with everyone.
