As the other reviewer mentioned, the customer service in this store is not only non-existent; it is an example of the direct opposite of customer service. I had a bad experience over the summer with the manager, Ian, and another terrible experience with a sales clerk yesterday. The people who work there are exceptionally rude and nasty. They have no interest in helping the customer and in fact are now trying to run a scam where there tell you there’s nothing they can do to fix your phone so that they can sell you a more expensive new phone, when in reality there are easy steps you can do to fix the phone. That’s what happened to me yesterday. I went in after doing a software update on my phone which broke a lot of the functionality. The clerk informed me there was nothing to be done to fix any of the issues, and his tone was much less than pleasant. After I questioned him, he said«I just told you three times there’s nothing that will fix this.» He then tried to sell me a new, more expensive phone. When I got home, I called customer service and they were able to walk me through simple steps that fixed my phone within 15 minutes. When I called today to ask for an apology, I was told«we don’t do tech support.» This company has zero concept of customer service. I’m currently shopping for a new provider.

Is there a heart in the house tonight? The short answer — No. The long answer — I came in for customer service. The people aren’t rude or anything but the customer service aspect is sorely lacking. I suggest a longer drive to the next location.
